L’hôtel est propre et simple, les chambres sont correctes. Service voiturier top!! Ce qui est surtout apprécié c’est le service personnel au petit soin partout et surtout au petit déjeuner top qualité !!! J’ai apprécié également la piscine balnéo chauffée intérieur accès directement par ascenseur de l’étage !

Lovely big hotel, only 10 mins from the airport. Great facilities, indoor pool was great for the kids, shopping mall next door. Only negative is the breakfast service - there were far too few staff and they were clearly overworked - we waited an age to get anything. It's also a bit school-canteen like, which is poor for a 5 star hotel. Overall, very good - would recommend.

Durante o checkin nos deram um upgrade de vista, porém nos colocaram em um quarto que ainda não tinham terminado a reforma, tinha cheiro forte de tinta e as tomadas e interruptores ainda não tinham tampas.
Pedimos pra trocar pois minha esposa tem asma, e esse processo de troca demorou mais de 3h!

L'hotel a essayé de nous founir une chambre à la fin de travaux. Mais ils n'étaient pas fini, ni dans la chambre ni autour !!!
Ils décident de nous changer de chambre, mais lettent 1h pour le faire.
Sinon salle petit dej très bruyante et piscine couverte manque de lumière.

Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. We paid for a 3rd guest and it took them a long time to get us the rollaway bed. Also, an airport shuttle was advertised but unavailable at the hotel and they were arranging taxis which were over-priced for a 10minute drive. We also paid for a comprehensive hammam experience but they definitely didn’t offer us the whole hour and was more basic than advertised. The Wi-Fi is also unreliable. Overall, a nice hotel but has some kinks that should be addressed especially if they’re claiming it’s a 5 star hotel

J’ai l’habitude d’aller dans cet hôtel que j’adore. Cette fois-ci, ils ont eu un souci qui a coupé tous les chauffages de l’hôtel. Je comprends que ça n’est pas de leur fait, mais nous l’avons signalé en arrivant à 16h30. On m’a dit que quelqu’un allait venir. J’ai dû rappeler 4 fois, pour qu’à la fin on me dise que c’est un souci technique. Un souci de cette envergure devrait être résolue dans l’heure. Nous avons presque pas dormi, sans chauffage en plein mois de février.
On nous a donné une couverture pour compenser…
Je souhaite avoir un geste commercial sur ma réservation puisque je n’ai pas profité du tout de mon séjour.

Small things make a 5 star hotel and this is where Savoy falls down. Tired looking guest rooms, poor room service not emptying bins etc., overpriced drinks, no towels in gym… pool and spa excellent but overall a 3-4 star experience at 5 star prices.

The room furniture quality and finishing is so old and not up to the 5 stars standards. Hotel should invest in renovations of the room with nice design and nice finish and better furniture

It a hotel with very good infrastructure but the services needs to be better. The toilet seat was broken from day 1 and was never fixed . The housekeeping missed cleaning the room.

Ne vous laissez pas duper par les photos et le cadre de l'hôtel qui sont attirants.
Le service n'a absolument rien d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. L'hôtel est bruyant, même en pleine nuit, à cause de machines à laver qui tournent et font parfois ronronner les murs. Le matin et toute la journée, les femmes de ménage crient et tapent dans les murs. Ce problème a été signalé à l'accueil, mais n'a rien changé. L'accueil vous dira toujours "oui", "pas de problème" mais ne fera rien (voire vous donnera de mauvaises informations).
L'hôtel est en partie en travaux donc si vous restez au bord de la piscine la journée, vous serez accompagnés du doux bruit des marteaux piqueurs.
Enfin, c'est marqué nulle part sur leur brochure, mais, pour le SPA, le massage relaxant est interdit aux hommes. Le personnel m'avait réservé un créneau pour finalement, juste avant le massage, me dire que non ce n'est pas possible.
En bref, un énorme manque de professionnalisme qui n'a rien du tout d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Très déçu.
