The staff were amazing and the food was really good too! Honestly one of the best affordable all inclusive hotels I’ve been to. There was hotel entertainment on an evening and the gym was full of techno gym equipment (for a hotel gym) was decent ! it’s 5 mins walk away from the main square and markets. Overall great experience.

Nourriture très bonne avec beaucoup de choix.
Personnel très sympathique.
Par contre au moment de la réservation si vous souhaitez une chambre ensoleillee avec balcon il faut le preciser.

The hotel was lovely, however there were a few issues with our room that were not so good. The entrance pad on door (wifi button) kept falling off after we placed keycard against it. The toilet roll holder was hanging off; the flushing buttons on the toilet were loose.

Widerwärtiges Essen. Morgens, nachmittags und abends. Billige Qualität der Produkte. Jeden Tag des Selbe, es wurde nur farblich geänderte. Paprika rot, Paprika grün ... etc. Nur aufdringliche und alkoholisierte Gäste, die mit billig Alkohol abgefertigt wurden und damit zufrieden waren. Erbährmlichkeit in Höchstform. Würg!!!!!

Lovely hotel, tastefully furnished, upgraded room to swim up which was a nice touch. Food delicious, lots of choice. As a coeliac do not trust the labelling as it wasn't always accurate. Better speaking to the head chef who was lovely. GF bread, pancakes and pasta were available on request.
Staff great, location really good, did lots of steps but taxis readily available.Gym was well equipped and gradens beautiful.
Perfect for a short winter break.
Negative points were no green tea, and coke wasn't on tap so was quite flat.

Prima hotel dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden van de stad. Schitterende kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Zéér vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel, stuk voor stuk toppertjes ! Het ontbijt/lunch/diner zijn in buffetvorm. Vers, afwisselend, hygiënisch en een enorme keuze. Daar is voor iedereen wel genoeg te vinden. Echter ook 1 aandachtspunt….. onze kamer (3114 met Jacuzi) lag onder restaurant/ disco Saffran. Tot 23.30 luide muziek en daarna tot 02.00 “ schuiven met stoelen etc. Gesproken met de receptie . Het restaurant/disco maakt blijkbaar geen deel uit van het hotel, dus kan er weinig actie worden ondernomen.
Voor ons was het geen “ show stopper” maar wel handig om het van te voren te weten.
Al met al…..een TOP hotel en zeker een om in terug te komen !!

I must say that we are completely of the same opinion as the majority of comments left here, this establishment is quite exceptional.
Very clean, perfect location, excellent catering, nestled in an oasis of calm far from the hustle and bustle of the city, although located 10 minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna square, the staff are attentive and charming and finally, the hotel has a magnificent garden.
Indeed, if your room is located in the immediate vicinity of the bar, the music can be heard but the festivities stop at 11 p.m., which is actually quite early when you consider that it is a hotel for tourists. As French people, we noticed that the evenings are geared towards English customers, which ultimately seems quite logical since they seem to constitute the majority of visitors to the hotel. It was refreshing for us.
In any case, we can only recommend this establishment to which we will impatiently return this year.

This was my first time stopping at a all inclusive hotel holiday. my thoughts of our stay.
1. was met at the door with tea, biscuits and a song.
2. we where early so our bags where taken off us and we where let loose in the buffet lunch and bar.
3.The room was fantastic with a bed big enough to get lost in.
4.The whole place was very relaxed and welcoming, We never felt pressured to do anything or excluded.
5.The location to Marrakech and the local attractions was unbelievable, you could pop out to the Medina, souks or one of the parks and easy pop back for lunch.
6.Food and drink where great, plenty of choice and great service ( on my pool day my glass was never empty ).
7.I would go again.

My trip was amazing. I'm Moroccan, but I live in America, so this is from that point or view. The staff were more than welcoming since I knew how to speak to them, which made them more enjoyable. Moroccans are very hospitable, and everyone is friendly and taken care of. The rooms were in excellent condition. Less than 10 min walk to many sights and not far from marrakesh airport & train station. The buffet was excellent, lots of moroccan and spanish/italian delicacy. There is a hookah room you pay for, not included with a nice view. The pools were heated and very quaint and quiet near a beautiful garden filled with flowers and trees. Peacocks and tortoise as well. Very beautiful hotel will be sure to recommend this to everyone I know. I've been to resorts all around the world, and this one is amongst my favorites.
