PARKROYAL Yangon

I stayed at Park Royal for my business trip, and got really good experience. All of staff are very friendly and polite. Also, room is nice. In the hotel there are good Japanese restaurant. We were able to enjoy dinner there.

The area was nice as it was off in it's own corner away from the busy downtown streets, was no issue getting a Grab to go anywhere as well. Staff was always nice and inviting and there was a piano they allowed you to play in the bar area. The bar/club downstairs was interesting but the music they played was extremely loud so we had to sit far in the back away to hear/talk to people.

Hotel staff were always kindness and helpful. When I've faced Wi-Fi connection trouble, they were willing to support it. Room was clean and tidy, there were necessary amenities, free bottle of mineral waters,etc. Location was also walkable to the city center. I want to stay this hotel next time as well.

The room next door was very noisy. It's a shame because the hotel itself is good.

Wifiの接続やエアコンなど設備が悪い。Wifiは他のホテルに比較しても悪い。そぉは多いに改善すべき。

５歳の子供連れで４泊。朝食は、種類の豊富さも味も申し分ない。トロ巻きがあって食べてみたが、魚べいより３倍味が良かった。パンもお肉もおいしい。サラダもフルーツも新鮮、滞在中、毎日１時間半朝食時間に費やした。夕食は２階の中華がリーズナブルで毎日利用した。プールは写真イメージより小さく感じたが、直射日光が当たらない時間が長いので日焼けをおそれずに利用できた。ジムには卓球台があり子供と遊べた。部屋の清掃・タオル交換は行き届いていた（時間をかけてやってくれていたみたい）。こちらの理由があってルームチェンジが必要になったが、柔軟に対応してくれた。スタッフはレストラン、ホテルを含め子供に対してとても暖かく接してくれた（特にレストランの女性スタッフは、仕事以上の愛情をもって接してくれてたように思う（子供好きな国民性なのかもしれない））。おもてなしジャパン真っ青という感じ。残念な点を探すとすれば、シャワーの水がどうしても洗面所の方に流れ出してしまいタオルが一枚必要になりました。それと部屋に時計がないことくらいです。ほかのヤンゴンにあるホテルと比較したわけではないがこれが国際ブランドホテルの基準なのかと納得させられるような体験をした。次回も迷わず利用する。

部屋もきれいで、食事も美味しく、ホテルスタッフの対応も良かったです。 ヤンゴンに来たら、常宿です。 サウナ、スポーツジムもあり快適です。

Although the hotel is an old building, it is clean. The staff's ability to attend is also high. Security is also solid. However, aging is inevitable and small breakdowns do occur.
