Ho fatto la prenotazione via internet, al mio arrivo volevano parmigiano ripagare la stanza, invece di una doppia mi hanno dato un lettino e agnolin senza acqua calda, la colazione era inclusa ma non sono riuscito ad averla. Ho discusso per mezz'ora che una cosa che avevo già pagato, uno schifo

La estancia en este establecimiento ha sido confortable a pesar de la situacion actual que vive el pais. Cortes de energia, encarecimiento del gas y transportes. El servicio del hotel, ha sido siempre amable y atento a las necesidades que teniamos. El restaurante de la terraza y su servicio es de lo mejor que hay en toda la ciudad. Al reservar para 6 noches, nos alojaron en una fantastica habitacion con grandes ventanales y espacio mas que suficiente.

After reading guest reviews on your web site, I selected this hotel but found totally opposite. The room provided to satay me had no tube light, no telephone connection, fan worked only at 5 speed level and water coming from tap was reddish and dirty. There was no drinking water supply in the room. After complaining for the same I requested the Hotel Staff (front office) to change the room, they ignored and said will do tomorrow and tomorrow never came and ultimately I had to stay in that horrible room for my total stay of three nights. Then I had to think was that reviews Fake ????? At last the Hotel staff cheated me in the manner of Taxi share, They requested me to share my taxi with a co-guest of the hotel and at the end of the journey to the airport the guest said that he had paid to the hotel staff and the hotel staff didn't pay me a single pony /coin and I had to bare the total fare of the taxi.
