Hotel Country Villa

Location is best, mountain view from rooms and dining area. Breakfast was great. Staff were polite and welcoming. Only thing is rooms are little out dated and no walking showers.

Overall all amenities are good. However the rooms are not soundproof.

We stayed for three nights after our hiking trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The breakfast buffet was outstanding — a huge selection of fresh, local dishes that felt truly farm-to-table quality. We loved it so much that we decided to try the dinner buffet too, and it was just as delicious. We also enjoyed the spa services and one of the local tours offered by the hotel — both were excellent. The staff deserves special mention: every single person we met was pleasant, smiling, and genuinely cared about our comfort. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure every guest was happy. The gorgeous morning views were the perfect bonus to an already amazing stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and exceptional hospitality!

The staff were amazing the food was good and the room was aged but clean and well maintained

The hotel has been excellent from the beginning. We were exhausted because of flight delay and couldn’t find the driver at the airport for pick up service. It was midnight and I should have be more careful, but they find the way to reach the driver soon and arranged us to arrive at the hotel safely. The room was also amazing. We could see beautiful cloud and mountains from the room. The meals are, too. Buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything was delicious and fresh. My young daughter loved them. More than anything, the staff was great. So friendly kind, polite and supportive. It made our stay perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and surrounded by nature and hills. It was a mesmerizing with scenery nature. Over all we had so much fun and lot of beautiful captures around the environment. People over here are very calm and respectful. It’s good to go to relax from the busy life.

It had beautiful view of Himalayas. And a lot of hiking opportunity. Food was a lot more vegetarian focused, and meat options were limited, but that's what can be expected in hindu majority country.

I spent one night in the Country Villa. There hotel is much more beautiful than the pictures! It is a gorgeous place in a gorgeous location. The dinner and breakfast were excellent! Amazing views of the Himalayas.

Really nice hotel and great staff, but the food was terrible

Everything was great, but buffet and food were cold and not good and super expensive

The place is so peaceful with good atmosphere and beautiful landscape also very kind, friendly staff I will be back to stay next time

This property was good as I expected. Good view. This is good if you are coming with friends to hang out. I didn’t not find extra activities.

Thank the Sales Manager Aleena, and all the friendly staff here for preparing my proposal. The decorations and the bouquet was gorgeous and my girlfriend LOVED it. It was a big surprise for both of us. Everything was beyond my expectations. We will definitely come visit you guys again!

The room is filthy, and the bathroom stinks. Roads to the mountains are very bumpy. The visibility was most disappointing due to wood burning in and around the valley.

It’s the staff that won me over. They were warm and did what they could to make it a pleasant experience - resolved issues, paid attention to my needs and responded quickly. Food options are great, too!

There are obviously some months when the view to the mountains will be clearer than others. Love the multiple levels that this property occupies. New construction is happening of a pool, viewing deck and an igloo. What I didn't like was that there is not enough integration of the hotel with nature. It is situated on top of and built into a mountain, yet the local flora and fauna have not been acknowledged into it's design. It would be lovely and a great opportunity for the hotel to design the pools and new construction in authentic nepalese rather than modern style. It also would be great to give the guests an introduction of the native wildlife the lives and grows there: plants, trees, animals, birds, insects etc. A well designed self-guided walking botanical tour would be very easy to set-up. As much as I loved the view and the room, it would have been great to get noiseproof bathroom for privacy from my partner too! Also think about providing better filtered water facility to your guests on all floors so they do not have to resort to purchasing water & more plastic. You kindly provided water in the rooms but they were in plastic bottles. Please make recycling possible.

We stay with Hitel country villa only one night , we wish we could stayed longer. About two hrs drive from Kathmandu with all the bumpy road, but is worth. We stay at the suite room with a indoor spa tub, room with balcony with a amazing view. Service very good , clean n good size room , hotel restaurant good food and also very reasonable price. We are very happy with this hotel .

Amazing views at sunrise when it’s clear. Friendly and efficient service throughout the hotel. Excellent driver service too.
