Very friendly staff, they help organise the perfect tours/safari around how many days you have available, and all for a great price. Beautiful and relaxed location. The hotel itself was very comfy, clean and had great AC!

價格確實很實惠，但房間的熱水不熱 反應過後，老闆說等久一點，但還是一樣 十二月份去的，所以冷到兩天都不敢洗澡 老闆會慫恿房客先訂餐點，說是要預先準備避免影響行程 但第一天早上餐點有缺少東西，第二天則是等了很久，讓準備搭巴士離開的我們挺緊張的 房間就很簡單

Great price! Great staff! Food here was excellent! They have bikes you can use. They will help you arrange jungle activities without jacking the price. Highly recommended!

Well lets start from moment of arrival at bus station. A person get a little hazy after 6 hour bus ride from Pokhara... Hotel staff was at station to greet me and bring me to hotel. After a 10 minute drive I was greeted with a ice cold lemonade beverage fresh squeezed. The hotel manager Su-Raj explained different options of things to do while staying in town.They have full and half day jungle walking or Jeep tours.Part of the tour is ridi g in a very long canoe with others along the river where you see 2 different types of crocodiles. One is a man eater and the other is not. Then after a hour of that you are dropped off with 3 tour guides for a 3 hour walk thru the jungle. I was 3 Rhinos and various footprints in the mud from bear and Rhino. we saw tiger because of experiences guide :) After the walk the same boat picks you up and heads almost direcly across from the pick up point. Very well planned and courteous staff. The food is excellent quality cooked only from fresh ingredients. If needed they can book tickets for the next leg of your journey. Manager Su-Raj is a very attentive to any of your needs.I would definetly stay here again. I almost forgot... As we left in the jeep I forgot my camera in my room. I told tje driver and a staff membergot my camera from my room and brought it to me at the jeep. Very cool.... Booking all the safari they give you a best price ever

This hotel meets my expectation. Honestly this hotel is one of my favourite hotel I ever stay. People are superb helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and well maintained according to price it’s value for money. We have no plan to do in Chitwan National Park the staff in the hotel help us to organize the trip which is best for us. We did the jungle safari, canoe, Jeep safari they offer us a expert guide working in park for 15 years. We saw a tiger with a baby I am sure it is made to see a tiger because of expert guide. I recommend this hotel to all the people who are looking for a budget hotel in sauraha. Trust this hotel without no fare

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au National Park Hôtel, nous sommes arrivées un vendredi après midi sans rien avoir organisé et le gérant de l’Hôtel c’est occupée de nous comme ses petites sœurs. Ils nous a organisé une journée dans la jungle avec deux guides et une ballade au coucher de soleil superbe! Toujours prêt à nous aider en cas de soucis nous nous sommes vraiment laissées porter! Tout ça pour un prix tout à fait raisonnable! Je recommande vivement !!

Really friendly staff who can't do enough to help. Tea/coffee on arrival and complimentary water in the room. Location is great - elephants stables minutes away - and a short walk into town. Good priced tours and happily arranged my bus to Kathmandu - with an early breakfast to go. Wi-Fi throughout. Highly reccommended!
