DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre

Booked for 5 guests last minute for the same night but a mistake changing my search pushed the booking 1 week ahead. Noticed immediately afterwards and tried to call but no answer on phone so started a chat with expedia. As I needed to book rooms urgently I was advised to make a new booking while they tried to contact hotel to cancel. Hotel refused and I ended up paying for 2 full stays for 5 people. One of which is wasted. No flexibilty even for a large order so very disappointed.

강가쪽 침실의 경우 보트 지나가는 소리가 들릴수 있습니다. 그러나, 나름 깔끔하고, 출장자를 위해 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 그러나 가격이 너무 비싸다면 비추천입니다. 기본 룸은 홀리데이인 정도의 출장을 위한 호텔로의 수준입니다. 여행을 위해서라면 더 좋은 룸을 예약해야할듯합니다.

Nice Hotel and surroundings

Great hotel and staff. Excellent location.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel mit gemischten Gefühlen erlebt. Obwohl das Hotel als „pet-friendly“ beworben wird, haben wir eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung gemacht. An einem Morgen wollten wir mit unserem Toypudel zum Frühstück gehen, wurden jedoch aufgehalten und darauf hingewiesen, dass Hunde im Restaurant nicht erlaubt sind. Da unser Hund unter Trennungsangst leidet und nicht alleine im Zimmer bleiben kann, mussten wir frustriert zurück in unser Zimmer. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Entweder ist ein Hotel wirklich pet-friendly oder nicht. Wenn ein Hotel sich als haustierfreundlich bezeichnet, sollte das auch für alle Bereiche, einschließlich des Restaurants, gelten. Wir hoffen, dass das Hotel diese Rückmeldung ernst nimmt und in Zukunft eine bessere Lösung für Haustierbesitzer findet.

We booked through the Hotels.com platform. We found out in the hotel that the pool was closed and asked whether the sauna was open. The answer was yes. However, once in the spa the sauna was also closed. This was basically the reason why we booked the hotel in the fitst place and we didn’t get any notification in advance this was the case. This was really a dissapointment and bad customer service. Additionally we couldn’t get anybody from hotels.com on the phone to flag this issue. The rooms and location were “ok”.

It was nice, I was really pleased. The only thing that disturbed me was the park opportunities. There was none and the ones outside from the hotel are very expensive. All in one it was still nice, thank you

No Pool or fitness area, the hotel is currently under construction, Area is very close to the city center.

Tolles zentrales Hotel ! Kann es immer wieder empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind zwar ein wenig klein aber es reicht für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und das Frühstücksangebot war hervorragend.

It was just ok. The beds are terrible both me and my wife got a back pain. The location is great. Amenities excellent.

Good location handy for trams & trains. No adjacent car park but safe car park nearby.

Goed en net hotel, dicht bij het centrum en goede parkeergelegenheid. Ideaal hotel voor citytrip.
