Hotel nem tranquilo é localizado bem ao centro da ilha , quartos confortáveis e limpos diariamente, ambiente bem tranquilo e sem barulho, funcionários muito simpáticos, piscina bem gostosa . Nenhum ponte negativo a destacar

Very cute place

This small boutique (only 8 rooms) was really clean, spacious and totally enclosed for quiet and privacy. Lovely pool with waterfall, gardens and cozy sitting areas throughout. Even had a nice gym! Staff was courteous and helpful.

Always very clean with a very friendly and helpful staff. Only negative this time was not hot water to shower but it wasn't cold so it was tolerable. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn't mind enough to make an issue of it but let them know on the checkout. Great place overall! We will return for certain.

Great little gem. We stayed one night waiting for the plane ride home to Curaçao the next morning. Very close to airport, 5 min. Got there by taxi, 20$. Did not care, we had been up for 32 hours and just wanted to rest. Check in went easy since we prepaid thru Expedia. We had suite 1 accross from the office. Suite was like new. Got a knock on the door and one of the ladies from check in asked if We wanted a beer, yes great and no charge. They offered to drive us to the chinese toko (small supermarket) which we gladly excepted since there are no restaurants or eat facilities nearby. Simply bought wieners, beer and wine and ate by the pool. Jumped in the pool afterwards and did not understand why it was that cool. My pool at home is 32 degrees, this was way colder, maybe water was just renewed but it was no problem at all, was just wondering. We went to bed very early, bed very comfy and firm, great for my bad back. Some people complain about it but soft beds are very bad for your back. One other reviewer mentioned the light on the AC unit which is very bright but we were so tired and fell asleep quick. One suggestion might be a pot light above the stove (4 burner). Made coffee in the morning and left at 8am. Office opens 8am but noone there so left keys in the suite @ whatsapped them about this and the left over beer and wieners in the fridge. All in all a very pleasent experience. They also have a nice excersize room with 4 machines and weights. Sitting areas all over.

We were able to be picked up from the airport, rent our car, and stay at this very nice villa/hotel. The staff is fantastic! Would definitely stay again.

We are renting a car from hotel as well . They come to pick us up and settle down in hotel Very friendly nice stuff . Show us the highlight of Aruba. I have returned twice in this vacation The hotel is five minutes away from airport Near by supermarket . We buy groceries to cook in The hotel . Very quiet nice swimming pool Definitely go back every time I’m in Aruba. Highly recommended this hotel they have 2-4 people rooms to choose The reception really help and friendly, no service is beyond . 👍👍👍👍

We had a wonderful time. All the staff was friendly. The place was extremely clean.

It was far away from activities taxis were expensive.

I have to start my review with some very important information. The front desk is only open from 9am-6pm. They tell you that they are a phone call away but that is not the case. When I called I got an answering machine and tried to leave a message and it hung up on me. I had an serious issue and I could not get in touch with anyone until the next morning and that was only because I searched online found their FB page and emailed them. It was extremely stressful and also the safe was locked and the reset button is on the inside of the safe. I really sat on the fence between 3 and 4 stars for this review even though when I walked into the hotel, I felt it was a 5 star experience otherwise. The guest service when they are there is friendly and kind. I stayed in room 7. The hotel is impeccably clean with excellent air condition. The price is very inexpensive under $100 and it is 5 mins from the airport. They also can rent you a car which I didn't do since it was my last day in Aruba. The beds are decent pillows could be better. They have everything you need if you plan to cook your own food. Stove top sink microwave, dishes glasses, refrigerator table and chair, couch. Small swimming pool; ironing board and iron, hair dryer, towels but no wash clothes. Aloe soap and shampoo. Outside of the issue with not having coverage after hours which can definitely be an issue the experience is a 5-star experience. Note: INCREDIBLE link to information 5-stars for this!

AC worked well, staff was very attentive

Large suite, good for families. Car rentals at hotel but if not renting a car it would be easier to stay in town. It is far to travel too with no restaurants in walking distance.

This was our 5th stay here. We love it. It's 5 mins from airport. The amenities allows for you to store and cook groceries.
