Very central location and easy to access airport or Centraal Station by public transport. Apartment spacious clean and well equipped. Just high steep steps from street to front door that might not suit people with pushchairs or mobility issues

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay, great amenities and location. We appreciated the lift! Room clean, comfortable firm bed, easy tram access, happy to recommend.

Our apartment was well appointed with good facilities. Reception were always available to let us in to store our luggage before offiocial check-in time and collect our bags after check-out and to book an airport taxi. Very near museum quarter and tram stop to go to other parts of the city.

He location was great and the rooms were very nice. Just alittle bit of construction very early in the morning.

Quiet and comfortable apartment. No reception desk. Could not check in until 2pm.

We rented an appartement. Quiet, large, well appointed, clean. Supermarket 10 minute walk.Beautiful location.

Nova apartments are in a useful location, almost in the museumplein and an Albert Heijn just a few minutes walk away. The number 12 tram into the centre is just around the corner. So location was really the reason for booking. Unfortunately there was building work going on next door during our stay so it was very noisy and the road/ pavement outside were a mess. Once this is finished I’m sure the locale will be much better. The apartment was well equipped on the whole. It could do with another armchair if there are 4 of you staying. The kitchen area was fine , but cooler instructions should be available as the oven wasn’t too obvious! Either that or a toaster made available. The downside of the apartment for us was the open plan “ bedroom” - afforded no privacy and meant we weren’t really able to use the seating area if someone wanted to go to bed. The shower was excellent and clean. We probably would stay again as the location worked very well for our needs.

Everything I find perfect about this property, this is the 2nd time I visited them. Location, facilities, cleanliness etc.

Appartement très bien agencé. Très propre. Ménage quotidien (si souhaité) avec remplissage de capsules de café et enlèvement des poubelles. Excellent emplacement. Transports en commun à 5'. Réception décentralisée, joignable exclusivement par tél ou WatsApp.

Really not suitable for 4 people. The 2nd Bed is in the living area and has NO storage or anywhere to put suitcase or clothes. There is NO hooks or shelves in eth bathroom and you have to walk through the living area to access the bedroom. Not recommended for 2 couples. We travelled with our children. The accommodation was very hot at all times - we went late October and slept with the windows open. Not suitable if you cant do steep stairs. Didn't really eat in apartment, although there was the facilities. They took the teatowel on day 2 and didn't replace it and we had no dishcloth. Great area, easy to walk places and to get to the trams. Had to call them out on 1st morning as the shower wasn't draining properly. Someone came out on that day and fixed it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The apartment was located very conveniently for museums and galleries, as well as the proximity to the tram and restaurants. The neighbourhood is also a lovely place to wander about and felt safe during the evening (though, you take your life in your hands crossing the cycle lane). The owners are clearly still working on the property as there was a lot of banging and hammering at 7am which may not be ideal if you've had a late night or like to sleep in. This wasn't a deal breaker for us however, and would happily recommend and stay here again.

Excellent location if visiting any of the popular museums and galleries around Museumplein area. Transport links are excellent and various trams eg Number 12 go the the Central train station. I usually avoid ‘key in ‘ places with no permanent staff but it was fine. Final payment the night before (local taxes?) and an e mail giving instructions eg turn up, press reception, let in and keys in an envelope. We requested and received one of the two apartments on the ground floor and it was very convenient. You really do not want the basement as the lift does not go down and the stairs are diabolical. Apartment had all we needed after we had to ask for help in working the oven. Quite confusing. Coffee pods and tea bags and dishwasher tablets provided daily and fresh towels. One odd bit was the absence of any washing machine powder , even a tablet would have done. Cleaner did not know but regular Nova guys turned up and one got us a whole bottle from home. Shower was very good and the heated towel rail a great drying means and it also had an iron and ironing board. There are many eating places around and a large supermarket close by but venture west into Oud Zuid area for a quieter and wealthier area with nice cafes and shops. Lillie’s Wine bar was nice. Vondelpark an easy place fir walking. East a few block we went to La Dilletante wine bar , tiny but young couple were so efficient and friendly. Check Concertbegouw calendar for shows, we did a Peer Gynt matinee.

Location excellent unfortunately we we placed in a room that did not match the room depicted in the advertisement on Expedia.

The property was centrally located near Museumplein, with a decently sized basement level and access to a semi-private patio. However, there was a strange moldy smell coming from the bathroom. The kitchen was functional but cramped and impractical. There was an odd assortment of cooking pots but no pan, and the oven didn’t work. Additionally, a strange alarm near the door went off, and several guests tried to figure out how to stop it. I called the offsite reception, but they said no one could check on it until the morning, meaning we had to endure the noise all night. Upon arrival, we also discovered that the buildings next door were being renovated. Although the notice said work would start at 8 a.m., most days it began at 7:30 a.m. Overall, it was not the best experience.

Nice property in a great neighborhood. Unfortunately, we were stuck in the basement, and the bathroom had little ventilation so it smelled. But otherwise, the property itself was nice.
