Sehr nette Unterkunft, liegt sehr zentral Ausstattung alles vorhanden, gemütlich eingerichtet

Lovely apartment. Clean and comfortable. Check in was stressful. I didn’t get an email 72 hours before. To get an email couple hours before check in saying I couldn’t check in due to unpaid tax. I was in a foreign country with limited internet connection and was there in The Hague waiting to check in. I was struggling to log into banking app and had booked for me and some friends. I was panicking over lunch thinking we might not have anywhere to stay. This would have been better to receive a week before.

Gute Lage, parken ist etwas schwierig und man muss einige Kosten und einen kleinen Fußweg auf sich nehmen. Preis-Leistung der Unterkunft top! Sehr modern und alles ist vorhanden. Leider waren die Betten der Kids nicht bezogen! Würden wiederkommen!

Great value! Very spacious.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt really well taken care of. It was also super quiet at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep after a day out exploring. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. We were within walking distance to shops and the city center, and there were supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and even a tram stop just around the corner—super convenient. One of our favorite things was being able to head out in the morning, explore all day, then come back in the afternoon for a quick rest before going back out in the evening. It really felt like a perfect home base. We genuinely enjoyed the place so much and can’t wait to return to this beautiful apartment. Highly recommend!

The check in process was a nightmare. I have never receu3bd the check in information. And when i emailed the property twice, they only ask me to. Heck the spam. But was never there. On tge day of arrival, i received the check un information which was jolly misleading, wrong address. And also they didn't explain that the key is connected to icloud and is it not a digit. But you have to be physically there to work. All this was not explained . I call and take the process word by wird from the receptionist which was very tedious. The flat was not cleaned properly. And the shower inside the bedrom without wall. It was a glass . So anybody wants a shower,, the rest must leave the room

Very good place to stay. I won't mind to book it again and again. Near everything.,

The online entry to the hotel was a bit difficult to understand. Also, it was not easy to get the emergency help. I had to call the emergency line several times before getting the response. It would be useful to have someone who would respond at least from 8 am to around 7 pm every day.

I loved my stay at the Stayci apartments in The Hague. The Hague is a beautiful city, very easy to walk around and get to the metros and the main sites. Also beautiful just to walk around. The Stayci apartments were in a great location, a block from the church, everything was walkable really, the peace palace, the Escher museum, and various metro stations. Because the metros are so close by it is easy to get to other cities of interest. For me, I easily got to Delft and Rotterdam. The apartment also had a great kitchen with everything you would need for a few days cooking. Additionally a little set of garbage bags, dish washer soap, and laundry soap were left to make the stay easy and efficient and it was very much appreciated. Once in the apartment, it was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend and return!

A bit akeard layout, but well kept. It states 2 bathrooms but only has one toilet. Comfortable.

Very quiet area, 1 min walk from bakery, 5 min walk from supermarkets, and 10 min walk from city centre and tourist attractions as Mauritshuis.

Perfect location and wonderful staff!

Stayed in this apartment for my birthday weekend, had a fantastic time everything you needed very close to everything you need, easy walk to the station. Will definitely stay here again

So much space for activities! The place was great and exactly what we needed. Excellent location. The only downside is the toilet is up a steep flight of stairs from the bed. Would have been nice to have a stovetop coffee maker, but not having one just meant I got to visit a local beanery a few times.

They should have more options with double bed not two single beds. Overall great staff and property.

Stayed in the Penthouse for a stay with friends. Very comfortable and clean, plus excellent communication from Sita in getting us well setup. Only minor issue is the flat got very hot, even after adjusting the thermostat (it seems to reset to a higher temperature) - but fans were provided to offset this. We thought it was very good value for the money.
