Great stay, Will be staying here again when I return to Dunedin. Sally was excellent and very helpful with great advice on things to do when exploring the area. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Only dealt with Sally, who was very friendly and easy to approach from arrival to departure. Units very tidy and serviced daily over our seven day stay. Was ideal layout for the three of us in two bedroom unit. Got a carpark outside our unit most days which was convenient. Only negative was the extraction fan not working in bathroom. Motel was ideal location for our requirements, good information in unit about surrounding area and recommendations as well as brochures in reception, Sally happy to help if needed. I felt the Adrian Motel was great value for money and would happily recommend based on our wonderful stay. B Findlay

Very pleasant staff. Excellent room. Just to note bathroom fan really rattle and kitchen floor sticky by the fridge. Would stay there again.

Very clean and tidy rooms which are serviced to a high standard. Kitchen really well equipped with everything you need. Up to date furnishings, nice and warm. Staff/Owners are delightful!

Great to be back, fantastic area to stay

We had a lovely time staying at this property, very clean and tidy unit. Staff were very friendly and helpful with information about Dunedin. We would definitely stay again, location is very convenient.

The place is tidy and seems newly painted. But a bit noisy when you keep the window open as there are roads nearby. Overall a good choice to stay.

Great place to stay

Parking was easy and very convenient for getting around. Felt secure. Impressed room done , clean towels etc on 2 night stay.

A comfortable stay for a few nights. Guest laundry included clothes line or clothes horses which we took to our room to hang clothes that could not go in the dryer. Only criticism is the room was not very sound proof from other guest rooms or the street so not suitable for light sleepers.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms beautifully maintained with attention to detail and comfort. Thoroughly recommend.

Great place to stay, love this side of town

Great stay, up for sports trip so handy to netball stadium. Easy to find and warm welcome turned up late and room very warm . Definitely recommend, but I'd ask for back units as boy racers kept me up most of the night but nothing motel can do bout that... really impressed with this motel

Motel was hard to find as there are two queens drive in Dunedin. Very confusing but rang Sally at the motel & she set us straight.
