I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Naumi and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that continued throughout my entire stay.
The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone made me feel welcomed and cared for.
The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
What really made the difference, though, was the people. The service felt personal and sincere, which is something you don’t always find, even in top-tier hotels.

Really poor customer service, my friend went into hospital unable to make the trip. No refund was requested from us just a remedy so we could use at a later date even at partial value. No solution possible. Super disappointing

The hotel was wonderful. Located very close to the bus stop, cafes, restaurants and shops. It was very clean and spacious. The complimentary snacks and soft drinks as well as complimentary happy hour was a lovely addition. We arrived a little late and self-check in instructions were very easy. A complimentary bottle of wine in the room as we had missed happy hour was an unexpected surprise. Just wonderful.

The hotel was an easy walk to downtown Queenstown. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. The staff were very nice, very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. They also had a daily happy hour that we enjoyed. We will stay there again!

We enjoyed a relaxing two night stay here. Our room was large and very comfortable. Nice amenities including snacks in the room, a breakfast bar (for an added fee), and full laundry facility. Friendly and helpful staff. The paid parking on the premises is highly recommended as street parking is not easy to find. The hotel location is extremely convenient- a short walk into the village.

Lovely, central hotel. Huge room with complimentary treats and a pre dinner cocktail hour in the bar area which offered complimentary beer and wine with snacks. Really enjoyed sitting out in the sunshine. Staff were very friendly and helpful

What a fabulous hidden gem. The staff were so very friendly, thankyou for the breakfast boxes ahead of our early departure. The rooms were very comfortable, and we loved the daily happy hour and lolly buffet!

This is a good well located and reasonably priced hotel in Queenstown. But it is worth noting the hotel is a steep clime up from the lakeside and town. We booked parking which worked well. at the time we stayed there was no nearby on road parking.
The hotel and room decor is very style conscious and my wife loved it. I confess I was rather less convinced!
The staff that we met were universally friendly and helpful.
Overall a very good stay and we would not hesitate to use it again.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel that is very walkable to downtown. We checked in after hours and the process was very easy. The rooms are nicely decorated! They provided complimentary snacks and have a lovely complimentary happy hour! They were also super accommodating— we were going to Milford Sound and staying over night on a boat, the hotel let us keep our bags there even though we checked out. Super friendly staff— highly recommend!
