clean and very comfortable room, a bit dark but ok, great location, a bit pricey but thought it was worth it... until we asked for breakfast to be delivered to the room...
took three calls to the restaurant and more than an hour to get corn flakes and an omelet, but ustensils were missing and hot beverages too... took two more calls to the restaurant and an additional half hour to get those along with a "sorry I had forgotten about you" comment... for the price we were expecting to feel like guests or at least like customers!!!
not sure what happened on checkout, but we were asked for an extra $20, the lady at the counter declined to say what the fee was for, only said we "had to pay", I refused since the room was paid for in advance through Hotels.com...
can't really recommend this place, although it ain't bad, if you choose to go there, just don't expect too much... or don't use room service maybe
