Bohemian Hotel - Self-Service

Skuffende lille værelse uden ordentlig stol. Ej heller føntørrer eller et glas - men fint badeværelse, hvis alså afløbet blev renset. Go’ gratis kaffe i stort lounge område, hvis man er til det. Hotellet ligger midt i mellem natklubber, så vær opmærksom på støj. Central beliggenhed.

Allt fungerade bra. Vi hade problem med dörrlåset som hängde på tre kvart när vi kom. Chattade och det stod en låssmed där omgående. Dagen efter var det ordnat. Gångavstånd till centrum. Rent i rummet,sköna sängar. Bra pris, vi är nöjda.

Horrible place, if you have the window open, as we needed because there is no central air conditioning here, and it’s insanely hot. The loud noise wil make you crazy, cars, motorcycles, screaming, partying, there is also no elevator so if you get the 4th or 5th floor, make sure u have the stamina… There is also a bad standard in the beds, they were horrible. This room on 5th is absolutely not for 4 people, its extremly crammed.

The location, cleanliness and modernness of this hotel was great! It’s well located and the rooms felt new and had a microwave and great fridge. The lounge space was gorgeous and comfortable with a free coffee machine and tea. It should definitely be noted that this is a 5 floor hotel with no elevator - so it is unfortunately not accessible to anyone. Additionally the bed was very small - we booked a room for 2 people and the bed was small and we’re small people. This room should have been for a single person only or they need to upgrade the size of the bed. It was a double room and I think we got a twin bed or smaller.

Think twice before booking here. If you are lucky like me to get a room on the 5th floor in an old building without elevator may not be the best choice. My room was extremely small with little overhead space with no mini-fridge, no microwave or TV as listed. Sentralt til Bergen. Perfekt lokasjon til og gå rundt om kring. Der var lett og finne rommet. Litt travelt og gå opp trapp, men bare mer trim. Ingen parkering, måtte gå fra parkeringsgarasje 5-10 min vekk (på fot).

Great staff and very clean rooms! The rooms are small, but comfortable. My only issue was the street noise at night. The hotel provided ear plugs though! Would recommend for an economical place to stay!

Ok hotell rent rommessig, men veldig dårlig mtp. kommunikasjon. Det er ingen ansatte på huset som kan svare på spørsmål dersom det er problemer med rommet. Bruker du telefonen som er oppgitt får du ikke svar. Du kan få svar i en chat men den tar nokså lang tid og systemet virker rotete og upålitelig. Inngangsdøren til hotellet og felles lounge stod ulåst hele oppholdet, så hvem som helst kunne komme inn fra gatene og opp i etasjene der. Ingen heis.

Comodo, centrico, buen cafe

Rommet var bra. Rent og pent. Badet likeså, selv om benplassen når toilettet benyttes var i minste laget for en person på 191cm. Lounge-området var flott. Rommet hadde mye trafikkstøy. Spesielt plagsomt på natta.

It was easy enough to find, take light railway (bybanen) from airport to Bergen Centrum, (last stop with linie 1), then straight up Christie Gate to the hotel. The entrance area looked a bit disappointing as an older building and the roads around the hotel are not as well looked after as the area around the Bryggen area. Nice and spacious common area with a few books and option to make a drink with machine for coffee and kettle to boil water for tea. Room was small but had everything needed, bed comfortable and good bathroom and shower. Entrance via a code you are provided with

Check in was easy and smooth, everything was digitally with no staff contact. Common areas are cozy and they offer free coffee and tea and luggage storage. The room was ok but cold, no way to warm it up. Tiny bathroom, good for staying only one night.

When we got there, the room was not ready for us. Even though the person chatting with us was very friendly, there was no front desk to get things sorted out in a timely manner. We ended up canceling our stay and going somewhere else.

Esta propiedad lo tiene todo. Ubicación, esta al centro de todo y se llega en transporte público o en auto sin problema. Las instalaciones estan increibles: modernas, acogedoras, limpias, ventiladas e iluminadas, comodas y el plus, el cafe o té de cortesía y su sala lounge para sentarte a disfrutar un refrigerio o un café. No se requiere personal pues todo es claro y de facil acceso por la app. Te responden de inmediato en caso de dudas.

Great trip. Bohemian was always responsive to questions. Centrally located to downtown.

Room was decent size for a solo traveller and the bathroom was spacious. The room was clean and tidy. Having a fridge and microwave available in the room was great. Great location, shops and transport all close by. Communication with host/staff was good and they did take on my feedback as stated below. Downsides - there was no available cutlery, it was noisy at times (but I did go when it was Russ and 17th May), the bed sheets weren’t changed when they were supposed to (on the 4th day - I stayed for a week), bins weren’t emptied and only 1 pillow was provided, there is no lift so expect to carry your heavy suitcases! Although the luggage storage code was available before check in there was no code to access the building which was inconvenient (luckily someone was exiting the building as I arrived so I could wait in the lounge) Despite these inconveniences, my experience overall was good and I would stay here again.
