Hotel Ojos del Rio

We have stayed here MANY times …wish they had a loyalty program ! It’s convenient, staff are courteous and efficient, breakfast is good, bed is comfortable. We notice efforts to improve … whoever purchased the safe towels is a genius ! Lots of hot water too.

Menu options at the restaurant for 24 7 hours service are convenient. Lunch for 5 30

Amazing experience

The stay was great; I would definitely recommend it. However, one of the AC units in the room was a bit off, but otherwise, everything was fine, and the staff were friendly.

Wat these hotel need to do is let ppl know they dont. Have any microwave in the damn hotel for ppl who have kids omg that made me cuut my stay there quicker than anything

Hotel receptionist was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Clean quite hotel. I will rerurn.

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Check-in took 55 minutes because our room “wasn’t ready” after someone spilled something all over it. When we finally got in, the floors were sticky, the place smelled, and staff seemed annoyed when we asked for cleaning. They sent a lady with a dry Swiffer who barely wiped the floor. We asked for a new room, but they claimed they were fully booked, so we cleaned it ourselves. We found roaches and bugs in the bed, and the entire place reeks of mold. The shower door was rusted and broken, so every time you shower, the bathroom and the main room outside flood with water. Moisture never dries, making the smell even worse. The bathroom had a broken soap holder, a constantly leaking faucet that dripped all night, and the corner of the shower looked kicked in. Hallways were dirty and noisy, making it hard to sleep. No one at the hotel spoke English, which made resolving issues nearly impossible. Even speaking Spanish, staff acted annoyed and unhelpful. The booking falsely advertised on-site laundry, but there was none; they told us to go somewhere else. The hotel smells, the area is bad, and nothing is maintained. We travel often and have never seen anything this filthy or poorly run. Pay more and stay somewhere else. This place is disgusting and should be avoided at all costs.

Nice, modern and central neighborhood, close to the Cinta boulevard. Staff is very friendly. It could be cleaner but I guess that’s also part of the budget price. The condition of the walls isn’t great, we could hear the elevator beeping in the room, even with our “extra silent” earpods in our ears.

Run down, moldy and not well maintained

Good place, will recommend for the privacy and price.

La Comida esta muy rica

Made booking on 8th May, confirmed booking on the 3rd June. On arrival hotel was booked out. Reservation was still valid. Never saw beyond the reception area. We were not even afforded a complementary breakfast. We were then transferred to the Grand International hotel. Receptionist, very accommodating, rooms and house keeping better than average, b/fast ok. Quote a few restaurants around the hotel, metro is 8-10min walk away. Wifi good throughout the hotel. Never booking with Ojos del Rio ever again...

For a stopover it was ok for me

Limited space at the a parking area, noisy, good place in general.

All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Lastimosamente el buen servicio que previo recibimos en diciembre 2024 decayó. El restaurante lo cierran temprano y no abren ni para solicitar agua, ni contestan las llamadas. La Calidad del desayuno bajó. La persona que prepara huevos a gritos dijo que estaba en dos cosas a la vez que así no podía trabajar. El personal de recepción con el de la seguridad en comportamientos no serios.El servicio de limpieza a la habitación excelente. No tienen un lugar acondicionado para usar computadora y tele trabajar, si vas a restaurante el personal le molestas que estés ahí.

Clean hotel with fantastic staff & management. We loved our stay and really enjoyed the time.. Excellent experience.

La limpieza en las áreas comunes puertas restaurantes.. solo necesita un poco más en las puertas de vidrio .. pero en general muy buena

Terrível. Tivemoqye trocar duas vezes de quarto por diversas razões, chave eletrônica não funcionava e depois quarto inabitável. Limpeza de péssima. Atendimento fraco e pessoal desinteressado.
