Las habitaciones estaban muy sucias: las mesas de noche tenían marcas de las bebidas y líquidos pegados, la ducha estaba bastante llena de humedad, el olor de la habitación era fatal, las cortinas sucias y desprendidas por lo que entraba luz desde afuera.

This place is infested with roaches. There aren’t any microwaves or mini fridges in the rooms. You’re not allowed to bring food in the rooms, you have to eat in the downstairs area which has no a/c.

J'ai passé 4 nuits ici,
Points positifs: le prix et la vue du toit au 16e avec la piscine ça fait des belles photos. Le boardwalk est très proche à pied de l'hôtel. Accès au métro à pied.
Points négatifs: la piscine pas d'entretien manque de chlore. Les cousins de chaises tâches noires de moisissures partout. Le plancher jamais nettoyer très sale. Le gym oh que non! Tout est rouillé ou brisé et pas d'air climatisé oublier le gym! Y'a pas de restaurant ou de service dans l'hôtel seulement possible d'avoir des cannettes de bières à 2$. La chambre j'étais au 12e avec vue sur la mer mais, vitres tâches d'humidité qui bloque partiellement la vue. Des insectes y'en a une tonnes ils sont très petits comme des poux ils se promènent partout, j'ai arrêter des tuer et décider de vivre avec un combat sans fin! Y'a beaucoup de prostitution dans le secteurs mais, elles ne dérange pas.

To start, the photos on Expedia don't look anything like the current ones.
The showers don't have glass or curtains, so when you shower, all the water goes into the toilet.
The temperature and humidity are quite high, and if you leave the room, the lights and air conditioning go out, and when you return, it takes more than 30 minutes for it to cool down again.
You can't bring food or drinks into the room, and they have a restaurant that has been closed for a long time; they only sell alcoholic beverages.
To leave or enter the garage, you have to let them know so they can open the garage doors. The garage is designated for small cars, as they won't have enough space to accommodate a larger car.
To check in, you have to go up to levels 1-3 and take the stairs with your luggage because the elevator has been closed for those levels.
The neighborhood isn't very good after dark, as there are hotels across the street, or by the hour, and hookers are located on the corner offering their services.
It's really better to pay a little more and go somewhere better.

Terrible la pisicina está sucia, le pusieron cloro con una chica adentro eso afecta la piel, en frente hay residencias y prostitución. En la calle se puede ver consumo de drogas. Realmente no es un sitio adecuado. La habitación tiene cucarachas pequeñas y humedad necesitan hacer un mantenimiento.

Horrible place. First, when we arrived, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working. You can't eat or drink in the rooms, but they don't have a restaurant either. My partner has a 6-year-old daughter, and to visit him at the hotel, he had to pay $25. In six nights, they didn't come by once to clean the room or change the towels. The smell of damp is unbearable and not to mention the gym omg.

It was ok, my only problem is that they don't allow you to eat or drink in the rooms which is not a rule listed on Expedia. As we had came there late we just wanted to grab take out dinner and eat it upstairs, I've never been somewhere that doesn't allow you to eat or drink in the rooms so I found that strange. Staff was nice and room was alright, just be aware of these rules that aren't listed!

I did a last minute booking. When I arrived it was very late at night. The front desk lady was very nice and checked me in. However the room I was given had someone luggage and clothes already. I immediately did not feel safe or trusted staying at the hotel. I asked for a refund at the front desk because I was leaving. The front desk lady called her supervisor but it was denied. I will ask my bank for a charge back and I do not recommend staying here

El personal de recepción del hotel muy amable , nos apoyó en información , etc. la parte mala , el cuarto tenía un olor extraño , a la ducha le faltaban vidrios, las toallas estaban muy viejas , y se tuvo que solicitar que fueran a hacer limpieza , si no no la hubieran hecho .

This hotel was disaster. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, they gave us the wrong key, and after going all the way upstairs and realizing it didn’t work, we had to come back down to get another one. The rooms were extremely dirty. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout. We had booked three nights but couldn't even stand to stay beyond the first night. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was ok, my only problem is that they don't allow you to eat or drink in the rooms which is not a rule listed on Expedia.
