It’s a nice property, very close to the airport. I’d advise when coming taking a taxi you shouldn’t pay more than $10 USD. When leaving use the shuttle, I wish the menu had a little bit more diversity. The food came hot though the hamburger with onions didn’t taste good. If you don’t know Spanish to save your life you’re gonna have a hard time able to communicating with staff.

Vous avez a l’accueil un garçon pas souriant et vraiment pas très accueillant semble une corvée pour nous répondre.Mais il y d’autre personne plus disponible pour nous répondre.L’hebergement c’est bien ,mais vous nous dites que le Navette est gratuite mais n’est pas à l’aéroport et nous devons payer un taxi 20.00 et j’ai écrit une journée d’avance pour réserver la navette pour l’aéroport il y a un gros manque lorsqu’on arrive à l’aéroport pas de navette on demande on nous dit dans 1 heure seulement.Un gros zéro pour le transport de navette pour nous emporter de l’aéroport à l’hôtel ????? Vous êtes a 5 minutes de l’aéroport et vous allez à l’aéroport seulement au heures vous avez vraiment un gros problème pour aller chercher les gens à l’aéroport…….

the hotel location is convenient, internet works good. Shuttle to airport was on time. It runs every hour to the airport. Breakfast was modest but enough. Bed sheets, pillows with stains and mattress, pillows very old. Room size very good. Is an average but decent hotel

Mauvais accueil, aucun sourire, aucune information, on devait lui poser les questions sinon ne disait rien. Retard avion, arrivé à 9h30, demandé si pouvait manger, on nous informe une salade ou club car on ferme. Du manger à notre chambre, petite terrasse sans lumière ( la seule dont la lumière est brûlée ), déco chambre très ordinaire. Demande si on peut se baigner après Check-out car avion juste à 6h30pm nous répond non, vous devez attendre dans le lobby, ne peut laisser bagages en consignation. Attendre dans le lobby…personne au bar. Info service shuttle, demandé si peut venir nous chercher à l’aéroport, écrit 2x, aucune réponse. Informé à l’accueil et n’a que haussé les épaules! Bref l’hôtel a de belles installations extérieures mais accueil et service n’a vraiment pas été bon. Déjeuner moyen ( ce qui devait être chaud était tiède à 8h30am alors que le déjeuner se termine à 10h). Bref je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, désolé !
