Copasu Hotel

Hotel familial de bonne qualité. Très propre. Bon petit déjeuner. Sans luxe mais bien construit. Problème d'eau chaude qui tarde ou bien ne vient jamais. Un peu bruyant.

A comfortable and modern hotel. Whilst the staff spoke limited english they were lovely. The plaza was in walking distance but there was also lots of dining options nearby. The breakfast was fantastic and a nice inclusion.

Great hotel. Clean. Super friendly staff. Only weird thing was they make you leave your key at reception whenever you leave. Breakfast was hood, they have a small buffet amd also serve you fresh scrambled eggs made to order.

Wonderful place to stay close to downtown and right next to the next ice cream shop in town. Included breakfast is really nice and the view from the top floor is nice.

Great, clean hotel. Good air conditioning and shower. Not many options immediately close-by for dinner, not too close to town center

This hotel has been going through major renovations in the last few years. I usually stay elsewhere but decided to try out it out. Here are my thoughts: * service is great and the people are very helpful * breakfast is very good, although they could add non-lactose milk * rooms very comfortable * NO hot water for 3 days, which normally is not a problem except the region had a cold spell while I was there Overall I highly recommend

The location is good. People are nice and friendly. The bed is a little bid noisy. But the bathroom is ok. No hot water, however we are in the jungle so it is ok.

Bed Bugs! Got bit by bed bugs.

Estávamos de passagem por Porto Maldonado e foi uma excelente opção de estadia.

Relatively new hotel with excellent service and very good rooms. Breakfast is very good to satisfy people with different preferences.

Hotel novo, bom café da manhã e atendimento dos funcionários. Não é acessível ( somente escadas, sem elevador).

Bom Hotel para curta estadia em Puerto Maldonado, funcionários um pouco perdidos para nos ajudar, não se esforçam muito pra isso.

O atendimento excelente, cama de casal confortável, mas é pequena. O banheiro muito bom, mas estava sem box, então molhava bastante o chão. Mas o hotel é bem novinho, tudo muito limpinho, café da manhã simples, mas bem gostoso. O estacionamento foi um diferencial também.

We had booked a different place to stay, but when we arrived, the rooms had no AC and the place was too far from the town center. So, at last minute we searched for hotels with AC close to the center, we found only a few options and Copasu was the one we chose. First of all, the staff was SO friendly. They treated us really well (including surprising us for our birthday with a slice of cake and candle). They have comfortable rooms, with TV, AC (a must in Madre de Dios), great WiFI, room service, a nice breakfast buffet, and pickup from the airport. The only bad thing about the hotel is that it had no elevator (I don't think there are many buildings in the area and most don't have elevators), but they told us that in a few months they would be adding an elevator, pool, and more rooms. So, soon this hotel will be even better. Once again, we had a wonderful stay and we were very very grateful to the staff that made our stay very pleasant.

Hotel que atende as expectativas, ótimo custo/beneficio, a razão para não ter dado nota máxima em tudo é devido a localização da recepção no 1° pavimento o que tira a privacidade dos quartos daquele pavimento, pois é possível ouvir o som proveniente da recepção. No mais a internet é boa, o café da manhã é ótimo, está bem localizado em Puerto Maldonado.
