We requested a morning call at 3:45am but they did NOT call and NOT wake us up. We need to catch the early morning flight leaving at 6:30am but the main door of the hotel is locked. Nobody was working at the reception. All lighting was switched off and very dark. Also, there is NO ring or bell button at the reception desk. The taxi driver has been waiting for us outside of the hotel main door for 15 minutes because we tried to find the staff. He knew we CANNOT find any of the hotel staff to help. The taxi driver helped to ring the bell outside of the hotel main door. Finally the taxi driver wake up the reception, who opened the main door for us with another key. It was stressful and pressure. We felt very very unhappy, upset and frustrating. Hotel is located in the very busy main road and very noisy because of lots of cars and people. We NEVER recommend other travelers to stay in this hotel.

Todo me gusto mucho , la habitación cómoda, la atención muy buena el personal amable , el desayuno muy bueno . Lo que no me gusto es que la Habitación donde estuve daba hacía la calle y el ruido de la gente y los carros no dejaban descansar. Después todo perfecto!

La cama que me toco (405), el colchón está todo viejo y sucio. Además me cobraron de más de lo señalado en la página web.
