The Pisko and Soul hotel in Cusco was a good option for us while travelling Cusco, and to Machu Picchu. They provided Coca leaf and Anis tea whenever you needed, along with lots of knowledge of the area. They provided a friendly, easy going environment with a lounge common area. We were able to use their computers to print off our boarding pass, making everything easy.

中央広場から少し坂を登って徒歩15分の位置にあるホテル。 中央から少し離れてるとはいえ治安は良く、周囲も静かです。 部屋は広くてそれなりに清潔、水回りも問題なし、パン、ヨーグルト、スクランブルエッグの朝食付き、Wi-Fi感度良好、シャワーのお湯も熱々で、ストーブも付いてました。バスタオルもくれました。 スタッフも対応がフレンドリーで英語話せます。 ホテル前の路地にはクスコでも一二を争うであろう、オシャレな小物や服を売る店が何件かあります！女子にはたまらないと思います。

Pisko&Soul hat mir extrem gut gefallen. Gerade nach ein paar anstrengenden Tagen im Dschungel ist das ein perfekter Ort um sich in Ruhe zu erholen und wieder ein bisschen Privatsphäre zu wahren. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt. Es kann vlt ab und an anstrengend sein die Treppen zum Hotel aufzusteigen aber das ist auch das Einzige negative. Obwohl ich vor den Frühstückszeiten abreiste bekam ich noch ein kleines Frühstück! Die Lage ist super, schneller Zugang zum Plaza de Armas oder zu Shopping- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten rund um San Blas! Ich würde garantiert wieder kommen!

Apenas um atendente é Cortez. O da noite por não ter troco para 10 soles na cobrança de uma água, mandou eu sair e ir comprar no supermercado da rua debaixo de chuva forte e a noite, sem contar que os corredores do hostel estavam com a luz apagada e eu quase cai. O atendente da manhã ao pedir os ovos que fritam na hora , não deu importância e após ir ao quarto e voltar após 20 minutos não havia feito ainda. Quarto escuro com luz muito fraca, água da torneira fria. Atendimento ruim, não recomendo!

Able to accommodate early check in. Reception and shared area nice. WiFi OK in both rooms I stayed in on 2 separate days, not great but good enough. Able to store luggage for 2 days while in MP, came back to spend 2nd night and no issues. Biggest issue was hot water, both stays had issues getting hot water, 1st time they let me know to let the water run for 10 minutes and it worked,2nd time were doing work and not sure when it will be completed. I spent all day hiking MP and Waynapicchu and was just looking forward to getting back to shower and sleep. All in all stay was good, would potentially look at other places, given the price, next time in Cusco but I booked last minute so beggars can’t be choosers.

二度目の滞在でしたが、今回も最高に快適でした。 Wi-Fi、お湯シャワー、ヒーター、寝心地の良いベッド、静かかつ便利な立地、朝食付き、親切で明るいスタッフ、清潔な部屋 少し年期は入ってますが、なんかゲレンデのロッジに合宿に来たみたいな、そんな場所です。

si vous n'avez pas d'appréhension sur les vieilles bâtissent, vous apprécierez. Décoration plutôt psychédélique, choisissez bien votre chambre pour les personnes qui ont le sommeil légé. Une fois de plus notre réservation effectuée sur hôtel. com ne correspondait pas à ce qui nous a été proposé.

This hotel was clean and friendly. The staff was always available and it felt more like home than a hotel. Loved the wood planked floors in my room. Breakfast was hearty and generous. I recommend it for a homey feeling and great price. The location was also perfect.

Great value for money, walking distance to all the main sights. There was too much street noise on both nights we stayed there, a combination of street dogs, car alarms, people talking on the street and in the hostel bar/lobby area until all hours, as well as the ringing of the hostel front door bell throughout the night. We were not able to sleep much at all. Simply providing guests with a key to the front door, rather than requiring them to ring a door bell that wakes the other guests, would go a long way to solving this. I had also read many reviews about the 'great eggs' at breakfast. I wouldn't call a tiny serve of scrambled eggs (what looked like one egg per person) as 'great'. Further, breakfast didn't start until after we were picked up for our Machu Picchu trek. Given so many guests would be leaving early for this, an earlier breakfast option would be good. The showers were always hot and very good internet access.

Most of the staff were super friendly, they made breakfast with eggs for us in the morning and were happy to give tips/reserve taxis/keep luggage overnight for Machu Picchu tours. It was a bit noisy at night with people coming and going (noisy floorboards) but was a pleasant stay and I'd happily go back.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We needed to leave early the next morning to the train station and they even made breakfast for us at 5am. Something very thoughtful that I appreciated it very much. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Pisko & Soul again for my next time I visit there.

Although this hostel is quaint with lots of character and fairly centrally located, the walls are paper thin and the floorboards creak across the entire hostel which meant for a lot of uncomfortable sleeps when people are coming and going at all hours of the night. There was also a dog that barked all night right outside our room. I think this is the first time that online reviews and ratings have completely steered me in the wrong direction so save yourself the effort if you're looking to rest!

Das Hostel hat einen gemütlichen Innenhof und die Zimmer sind nett hergerichtet. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist sehr gut - alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ein fairer Preis und ein toller Service - jederzeit zu empfehlen. Sollte ich noch einmal mal Cusco kommen, würde ich auf jeden Fall dort wieder einchecken.

Solo tuve un problema con la reserva, pero ellos atendieron Súper Bien el tema, el desayuno delicioso, la habitación cómoda, en general el servicio es más que bueno. Excelente!

The hostel provides good value with fairly spacious bedrooms and private bathrooms. The hostel could use some upgrading and maintenance work. The staff were very helpful in finding services when needed.

Great value for money, walking distance to all the main sights. There was too much street noise on both nights we stayed there, a combination of street dogs, car alarms, people talking on the street and in the hostel bar/lobby area until all hours, as well as the ringing of the hostel front door bell throughout the night. We were not able to sleep much at all. Simply providing guests with a key to the front door, rather than requiring them to ring a door bell that wakes the other guests, would go a long way to solving this. I had also read many reviews about the 'great eggs' at breakfast. I wouldn't call a tiny serve of scrambled eggs (what looked like one egg per person) as 'great'. Further, breakfast didn't start until after we were picked up for our Machu Picchu trek. Given so many guests would be leaving early for this, an earlier breakfast option would be good. The showers were always hot and very good internet access.

Most of the staff were super friendly, they made breakfast with eggs for us in the morning and were happy to give tips/reserve taxis/keep luggage overnight for Machu Picchu tours. It was a bit noisy at night with people coming and going (noisy floorboards) but was a pleasant stay and I'd happily go back.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We needed to leave early the next morning to the train station and they even made breakfast for us at 5am. Something very thoughtful that I appreciated it very much. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Pisko & Soul again for my next time I visit there.

Although this hostel is quaint with lots of character and fairly centrally located, the walls are paper thin and the floorboards creak across the entire hostel which meant for a lot of uncomfortable sleeps when people are coming and going at all hours of the night. There was also a dog that barked all night right outside our room. I think this is the first time that online reviews and ratings have completely steered me in the wrong direction so save yourself the effort if you're looking to rest!

Das Hostel hat einen gemütlichen Innenhof und die Zimmer sind nett hergerichtet. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist sehr gut - alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ein fairer Preis und ein toller Service - jederzeit zu empfehlen. Sollte ich noch einmal mal Cusco kommen, würde ich auf jeden Fall dort wieder einchecken.
