Hotellet är enkelt men väldigt vackert! Det är lugnt och tyst men nära till allt i Cusco! Framförallt: Hotellets personal var helt underbar! De fanns alltid tillgängliga för oss, ställde upp och hjälpte oss med allt! De gav oss verkligen allt man kan önska - och lite till! Frukosten var fantastisk, och de ställde upp och ordnade mat åt oss fastän vi var de enda gästerna på hotellet. Personalens vänlighet var verkligen något unikt och speciellt här! Kommer definitivt tillbaka hit om jag ska till Cusco igen!

The breakfast was great. We had the best eggs every morning. The staff are friendly and helpful. Staying at XO was more personal and memorable than staying in a hotel chain. The location is walkable to the historic center.

Solicitamos un late check out y nos dijeron que siendo el check out a las 10:00 hrs, como máximo nos podrían ofrecer un check out sin costo adicional hasta las 10:20 hrs. El último día de estadía volvimos a preguntar a qué hora era el check out y me dijeron que era a las 10:00 hrs, sin embargo en las condiciones que muestran en Hotels.com indican que el check out es a las 11:00 hrs. Obviamente reclamé y me dijeron que hablarían con Expedía porque era un error.

Amazing stay, so quiet and cozy room, also nice breakfast.

This was a very nice hotel in a great area. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to do around Cusco. There was staff available around the clock. The breakfast was very nice, and there was always water, coca leaves and candy available! Our room (101) was quite loud with street noise but other than that, very comfortable.

The service was excellent and the staff made us feel at home. The property was very clean, artistic and well kept. They provided a scrumptious breakfast and the locations made our trip even more comfortable

O Hotel é instalado num prédio antigo e muito bem adaptado como um conceito de hotel butique. O staff é muito gentil e atencioso. Oferecem uma cozinha cheia de guloseimas água à vontade, refrigerante, biscoitos etc. Camas muito boas, excelente rouparia.

Unique and tastefully decorated. Great location for San Blas and Sacsayhuaman and the main plaza.

This boutique hotel has a unique, old world charm and artistic personality that makes it a one of a kind. The staff were friendly and attentive. Hot water and heat were more than adequate. The hotel is close proximity to the city Square, where the cathedral is located, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Thanks to all the staff, we really enjoyed our stay.

Ótimo hotel. Excelente localização, no centro histórico, caminhando você conhece os pontos turísticos do centro. Além de lindo, super confortável. Ele é pequeno, mais intimista o que o torna muito agradável de estar. Café da manha com variedades. Atendimento muito bom. Voltaria.

Amazing, beautifully decorated boutique hotel with super friendly staff. I loved my time at this hotel! If you’re an art lover or someone who appreciates art, this is a fun place to stay. My room was very spacious and even had a balcony as well as a hidden mini kitchen. The staff was super welcoming and made great attempts to make sure my stay was pleasant. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Cusco!

Lovely hotel. A little cold at night but the breakfast made up for it all. I also loved this neighborhood it was lovely.

Estivemos no XO por quatro dias para conhecer cusco antes de nossa trilha para Machu Picchu. Foi uma experiência muito boa, o local está bem localizado, a uma caminhada de menos de 10 minutos para a praça das armas, sem muitas subidas. O quarto era bem espaçoso e esteve sempre limpo durante nossa estadia e o aquecedor ajudou para que tivéssemos noites tranquilas. Os funcionários eram todos simpáticos. Super recomendo.

Safe, quiet, friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is baller. The room I was given was huge and looked like an art gallery. The decor was totally my vibe, and I loved the two balconies with the carved wooden doors. The bed was super comfy and humongous, and the pillows were soft and fluffy. There is an overhead heat panel for when it gets cold at night too. The bathroom is nice and has a waterfall shower. They provide all the amenities you need which is a plus. The toilet paper is even super soft! Overall the aesthetic is so incredibly pleasing, and the area is quiet and safe. The breakfast is plentiful in the morning (eggs, meats, toast, a variety of grains, cereals, tropical fruits, etc) and is served from 6-10a. I absolutely loved staying here except my friend was not allowed to be in my hotel room (even during daylight hours) since they were not on the reservation. I thought this was off-putting since I was paying to stay there. Otherwise, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and quiet and the room has darkening curtains. If you want a tranquil, clean and spacious place to rest, this is it.

An impressive, excellent hotel. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and artistic. The minibar is fully stocked with snacks and drinks, all of which are free. More importantly, all the staff are friendly and responsible, greeting us like friends, and the room is kept spotless. This is a hotel I would recommend to my friends.

Comfortable, convenient hotel within walking distance of what you want to visit and tour pick up locations. The listing here says free airport shuttle and when I contacted the hotel to arrange it they said there would be a charge. I said go ahead but when I arrived at the airport there was no one there to collect me. Not a good first impression for one of the pricier Cusco options.
