The family room with 4 twin beds is good in size. The kitchenette with refrigerator, big plus. Separate shower and toilet A+.
I only wish there were 4 chairs instead on just 2 and that the beddings were newer and white instead of gray. Overall, very good experience and reasonably priced. We stayed for 9 nights. Thank you Bayfront!

A very good hotel. Staff are friendly, breakfast buffet is great.
Caja cafe is good value and rhe food is tasty.I honestly can't see the low reviews given, it is central, swimming pool is nice and the food is also ok.
Would highly recommend it.

It was a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would certainly though ask ahead if they are planning their eco-friendly management because during my stay, there was a block that they had turned off the power for about five hours. This was a little inconvenient.

I really like that the hotel has an ATM machine that accept foreign mastercard and visa bank card so you don’t have to go to a currency exchange place and have a 24hr security guard so it’s safe to withdraw cash from the ATM machine. I didn’t like that there’s no aircon inside the elevator and the hallway going to the hotel room. You have to log in to your Netflix account for you to watch Netflix movies or series. They have a small area for breakfast the porridge was delicious! Overall, it was a good stay and the staffs were nice and helpful.

I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel. The general cleanliness was below average—while the room appeared tidy at first glance, the floor under the bed was noticeably dusty. The towels, though washed, had a greyish tint, which didn’t give a very fresh or clean impression.
Another issue was the check-out process. It took an unusually long time because the staff needed to call someone to inspect the room before refunding the deposit. This caused unnecessary delays, especially for guests in a hurry.
Overall, the stay was not up to expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it for those who prioritize cleanliness and efficiency

We chose the Bayfront as the price was good and the reviews were reasonably good. We only stayed one night. The room was nice and the bed was huge:
The only criticisms were that the bathroom basin tap was loose, we couldn’t figure out how to get the shower to come out of the rain head and the aircon was quite noisy.
We were going to get a drink by the pool in the evening but realised that the deinks had to be brought up from the main bar so we went down there instead. We were just enjoying our first drink when we were told the bar was closing, it wasn’t even 8.30pm.
The buffet breakfast spread was quite good in the morning. It was rather insulting having to wait for a room inspection before we could leave. It wasn’t like there was a fully stocked mini bar or anything, just an empty fridge. What were they checking?

The hotel is in a safe area with plenty of amenities nearby that is the good bit. After that everything rapidly goes downhill the room wasn’t that clean and the toiletries whilst not expecting expensive shower gel and shampoo were cheap and nasty. The room had a tiny window with the air conditioning being extremely noisy and taking up most of it and a cage on the unit which made the room feel very oppressive, when I asked they said all the rooms had this setup for the air conditioning. Staff on the front desk not helpful and quite rude and when my case was dropped down the stairs by the porter he wasn’t even apologetic. Breakfast very poor choice and foods not replenished when gone. I certainly would never stay at this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

マクタン島でタクシーに乗ったときに「ベイフロントキャピタルサイトまで」と言ったらすぐ分かったので、有名なホテルのようです。
斜め前の建物にセブンイレブンやレストラン、スーパー（ロビンソン）が入っていてとても便利です。
ただ、フェイスタオルやティッシュペーパーがないホテルに初めて泊まりました。ディポイットにクレジットカードが使えないことにも驚き。（チェックアウト時に現金（外貨）が戻ってきても困ります。）タオルやシーツも洗ってあると思うのですが、シミがあったりして汚いなと思いました。

Nice hotel, clean and comfy. We get a room that's also prepared for people with wheelchair. Room was big. I didn't like the bed, to hard for me, so no good sleep.
