Costa Palawan Resort

Fantastic

The views are so stunning that we couldn't stop taking pictures. We were in the suite closest to the beach and it has its own Jacuzzi. The hotel also has a pool and a fine restaurant. There is so much to do in El Nido, but we could have spent all our time at the resort.

Very friendly staff

This is a wonderful property located on the water. The staff is amazing. Food was amazing. The only problem I had was the refrigerator. Wasn’t able to refrigerate our drinks cold or if you have insulin or medicine that requires to be cold these refrigerators won’t do it. I would expect better for the price you pay for the room.

We were a little disappointed that the 'beach' was just water that you couldn't get in, just look at. The pool was great and the food was good. It was a good find!

Paradis! God frokost, nydelig mat i restauranten, flotte rom, fantastisk svømmebasseng. Eneste som er litt dumt er at strand er veldig langgrunn. Hotell ligger litt utenfor sentrum, men vi brukte trisykkel inn til sentrum

on the first night, i was extremely disappointed in Costa Palawan. I had booked before in 2023 and had a great stay so decided to book again when I returned to Puerto Princesa. Upon arrival in 2023, they had my name and my friend’s on a TV welcoming us and gave us complimentary welcome drinks which were just some of the things i loved about my previous stay as it made us feel very special! this second time around, I booked a queen room for my partner and I. When we got to our room, we found ants. I called the front desk to let them know and request a room change but am told that housekeeping would be sent to check the situation. We wait for about 30 minutes in our room and this is after over 8 hours of travelling so we’re spent, hungry, and frustrated at this point. We head down to the lobby to let them know that we are leaving to get dinner and would like a room change when we get back to which they agree. however, we find out that they sent housekeeping to the wrong room which meant we were waiting in vain the past 30 mins. When we come back from dinner, we get our room changed to one with two smaller beds. we didnt mind sleeping in separate beds as long as the room was clean so we agreed to this change. when we get to our new room, we find ants once again. i let them know, again, that there are ants in our room and the staff at the front desk tells me that they were shocked this is happening because they don’t usually ever have an ant problem. he offered to send housekeep

The staff and accommodations are exceptional.

The hotel is good, clean, location is not good. We booked it because it offers a nice beach in the pictures, but there is not beach to enjoy and town and restaurants are far away. No reason to pay a resort fee, because there is not resort.

Only I stayed one night. No complaints. But if ya looking for a great ocean view this isnt it

We only stayed for 1 night at this hotel but it was well worth staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful with transportation accommodations. The buffet was good, and they told us for good dining options to go to the Baywalk which was amazing to see around sunset, it was a little hidden gem. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was well managed and maintained. Beautiful little spot right in the ocean

The restarant staff should be fired. They do not listen to what you ask for. The seafood chowder consisted of big lumps of flour/butter which I first thought was fish. Discusting. The staff did not appoligy. The soup was what it was in their mind. Then I spesificly asked for three fresh juises WITHOUT ICE. I had just spent 3 days in hospital caused by bad water. Within 15 minutes, i got 3 out of 4 fresh juices with ice. The general manager or owner?, was very sorry about it all and went to great lengths to make the rest of my stay great. I got free minivan whereever i needed to go, one hour free wonderful massage, free foodplatter to my room and not to mention Angel at the front desk, went to the airport for 3 hours to change some airlinetickets for me🤗 The rooms are lage and comfie. The shower lacks waterpressure. The pool is nice and hot like a sauna. Good hotel, with potential to become better😎

This is a very affordable and clean place to enjoy the beautiful views and relaxing environment. A must for all travellers to Palawan.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pools(2) are large, however there aren’t enough loungers to accommodate all the pool guests. The grounds are lovely and well kept, however there is no sandy beach as implied by the advertisement. The swamp like ocean borders the front of the property, there is no hope of swimming there. Breakfast is very limited in both food and dishes/utensils. Every morning I was searching for coffee cups, glasses and utensils while 4-6 staff stood in the kitchen area talking. Often the one and only fruit option was empty. I would have to request for fruit to be replenished . The drinking water dispensers on my floor were often empty. The property is isolated, there is not much to do in the area.

Overall a well run hotel. Staff was excellent, a good restaurant on-site, and beautiful spacious rooms.

Wonderful buildings and facilities and furnishings. They have a seawall to keep the ocean out so at high tide there is no beach. It is not a one stop destination, at least for me. Staff is more than helpful! Was surprised that there was a charge for a bucket of ice. It served my purpose, close to airport for an early departure.
