Früstücksbuffet war sehr mager und nicht viele optionen. Wifi war sehr schwach hah selten richtig funktionioert. Zimmer beim Einchecken waren nicht grüdndloch geputzt worden. Pool war mega, sowie auch die Aussicht. Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, jedoch waren wir von der organisation der privaten Touren sehr enttäuscht. Bei der ersten Tour waren keine Schnorchel dabei, diese mussten wir morgens organisieren wodurch wir 1h später starten konnten. Wir wurden gerfraht was wir essen wollen und haben für beide touren gesagt kein Fisch. Bei beiden Touren war Fisch dabei sowie auch praktisch kein anderer Essenswunsch wurde erfüllt, dass hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Hotel und Aussicht sind super, Preis Leistungsverhältniss gerade noch im Rahmen..

Our week stay was comfortable and pleasant as a result of the kind, courteous, helpful and efficient staff, the excellent meals at breakfast and dinner, and the hardworking staff that keep the pool and grounds immaculate. Our friends, who visited last year, said this year’s stay was better than last year thanks to the new manager and chef. Thank you staff at El Nido Bay View Resort for making our vacation memorable. ENBVR did not disappoint!

Due to the recent typhoon things were not up to their usual standard, Im sure. Leaves blowing in pool, internet and power in and out with generator backup. Overall the pool was lovely, restaurant had good food, rooms were very nice and felt high end compared to other hotels in the area. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

The staff at this resort truly made our stay unforgettable! This has easily become my favourite place in the Philippines, and I’m so glad we chose to stay here. My partner and I booked the Executive Suite with a stunning private pool — pure luxury! While there was a small technical issue with the pool lights, it didn’t take away from what was an incredible 10/10 experience overall. We even had the chance to chat with some of the staff and the manager, all of whom went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect.

The staff is very friendly and offering great service during our stay! And the view of this hotel is truly breathtaking! We had our breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant with the awesome El Nido Bayview everyday.

Overrated

This hotel is below poor and we had many issues during our stay. There is ongoing construction grind the hotel, ruining the garden views, and a new road being laid directly outside. The advert suggests this hotel has direct beach access, it certainly does NOT! It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. We had ants burrowing through the wooden floorboards of our room, each morning we would wake up with new mounds of sawdust on the floor. The patio door didn’t lock, despite raising this with maintenance it was never fixed. The service is incredibly slow, some days you could wait up to 20 minutes for your order to be taken (we were one of 3 or 4 groups/couples staying). The evening menu is only half available, meaning a majority of the main dishes weren’t available. We found ourselves eating out most evenings as a result of this. Upon check out, the hotel told us we must pay in cash, despite there being a card machine at the desk and having a sign saying they accept card. As we didn’t have any cash, they told us to go to the nearest ATM and withdraw (this was at 0630 in the morning) I would certainly not stay here again.

Upon arrival this hotel is quite beau with an amazing view. Decent choices for breakfast and a nice pool with pool bar and music. Saying all that. I also used the laundry service twice and had two missing shorts. One swimteunk and one Jordan’s workout shorts. Also their room service menu doesn’t have all the items listed to order and the waiter had to. One 3 times to get another order. Felt bad for the waiter.

Our stay at El Nido Bayview Resort was phenomenal. The service from the staff was incredible and made our stay truly memorable. We felt right at home and we will definitely return some day.

My overall experience of the stay was amazing. I love the layout of the pool and the dining area. Complimentary breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly and wants to converse with you. Great choices for happy hour drinks. There are some minor cleanliness issues that would take this place from a 8.5 to a 10/10. There were some stains on the walls from a leaking AC in my room. I cannot say enough good things about this resort! We stayed here for 3 nights and it’s GORGEOUS! The pictures don’t do it justice. Vanilla beach (our favorite beach) was walking distance which made our life easy. The staff were what really made our stay exceptional! They were kind, attentive, and so so welcoming. When we come back to el nido we will definitely stay here again. It is WELL worth the money!

I usually don’t leave a review but this stay was the best one that we had so far in the Philippines. We were taken care of from the moment that we checked in. Friendly and very accommodating staff, good food and breath taking views. Will come back here again.

Unique panorama view from the huge poolarea, very nice food - affordable prices; breakfast very asian, not western style; sometimes bacon available, but not too many choices; good salads; rooms not too big but nice; shower works very well;TV too; wifi had problems (server connexion). very friendly staff, not recommendable if you are disabled (very many steps; some rooms far from lobby/pool area)

A place you should experience. Great value for the price! Note that should spend a few extra dollars to fly into the air swift airport near the resort otherwise it's a 5hr shuttle or taxi to the property.
