Chúng tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ rất dễ chịu trong khách sạn. Nhân viên rất thoải mái và chào đón. Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ và hành lang có mùi rất ngọt ngào. Chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ trở lại một lần nữa.

Tôi và chồng của tôi thực sự tận hưởng kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi trong khách sạn có rất nhiều niềm vui để làm bởi vì nó là trong công viên biển manila, chúng tôi yêu những bầu không khí của căn phòng, nhân viên thân thiện và dịch vụ tốt đẹp. I think that this was my favorite hotel room ever! One entire wall over the bed was an aquarium with beautiful tropical fish swimming around, hanging out, generally doing what fish do. It was so much fun! The other wall was mirrored, so it seemed even bigger than what I’d guess is a 12 foot long and 8 foot high aquarium. The bed was comfy and had padding around the bed making it comfortable to sit and take off shoes etc. The rest of the room was well appointed and large. There was an indirect light that went on with movement, so you don’t have to find a light if you get up in the middle of the night. My only nits were not having an electrical plug closer to the bed and an aging, but serviceable shower. The amenities were generous and the view of the harbor from the hotel restaurant is lovely, especially at sunset. I’ll come back in a nanosecond.

In all honesty, the hotel and the services were all ok. Let me start off with the pictures that the hotel shows. The hotel shows the room all nice, clean and almost a feeling of full of energy. Upon arriving at the room, the beds in the pictures of the hotel show animals shaped like animals, and the picture also showed the beds having some kind of purple thing, i cant remmber what it was called but

I booked a room with 1 king and 3 sofabeds but was given a smaller room with only 2 sofabeds and 1 kung bed. They have to put an extra bed that makes it too crowded

This was a great hotel but let down by the crowds.
Room was top-notch. Property was in tip-top shape. Location was great.
Room service leaves much to be desired with at times as I've had to make 4 phone calls and wait 30mins for extra bath towels.
Regarding check in and check out, the staff although were pleasant and professional seemed overwhelmed I believe due to the sheer number of people needing to be processed.
Our neighbouring room decided to have a karaoke session until the wee hours of the morning and so my wife and kids struggled to stay asleep. Staff did attend to this crisis promptly.
Again, the crowds getting around the property I felt was rude, rushing in and out of lifts and just couldn't care less about other patrons around them.
My kids wanted to stay another night but we've had enough of the people.

Beautiful hotel room with aquarium. Nice staff and clean room. Our shower drain clogged the second day. Check in line was a very long wait, possibly due to people still checking out late. Even with a few downsides, we would still stay here again.

Det viste sig ved ankomst, at hotellet lå midt i en forlystelsespark- Ocean World.
Det betød at der på weekenddage var fyldt med børnefamilier, hvilket var svært at ignorere, da der var meget lydt imellem værelserne.
Køleskabet virkede ikke, og derfor bestilte jeg et par gange en spand is fra room service.
Den ene gang gik det nogenlunde, men anden gang gik der 75 minutter før det kom, og det selvom jeg ringede efter en time og mindende dem om min bestilling.
Umiddelbart fungerede det nogenlunde, men det bliver nok ikke her jeg bor hvis jeg nogensinde kommer igen.

I had high expectations for this hotel and was somewhat disappointed.
It took about 20 minutes to check in because the line was long and there are only 2 desk clerks.
The room I had has an amazing view of the bay and bed is comfy.
What I didn't like is the bathroom. Not the best privacy because the doors are frosted glass that you can still see into. For a newer hotel I wasn't expecting the shower and toilet to share the same floor. The pictures the Hotel took did a good job of hiding that fact. And there isn't much temperature adjustment for the shower - basically a cold shower.
In terms of restaurants, they seem to be only open when the Ocean Park is open. We went to the ground floor on a Wednesday before 7pm and EVERYTHING was closed. There isn't really anything in walking distance for food. I, along with other guests, had to get food delivered from Grab.
There is a refrigerator in the room but ours was broken. Maintenance just unplugged and plugged it back it. After that it turned on but didn't get cold at all.
This wasn't the worst stay, but I don't think I would book again.

Brilliant stay at Hotel H2O, the in room aquarium was a highlight here. Not much breakfast choice for westerners but that should be expected. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful.

I like the location of the place and its access to nearby attractions. However, the layout is poorly designed. Older guests with limited mobility may need a wheelchair, as there is a lot of walking required to reach the units. Additionally, if there is an event at the grandstand, the hotel does not provide a service vehicle to transport guests to the nearest taxi pickup point.

I had high expectations for this hotel and was somewhat disappointed.
It took about 20 minutes to check in because the line was long and there are only 2 desk clerks.
The room I had has an amazing view of the bay and bed is comfy.
What I didn't like is the bathroom. Not the best privacy because the doors are frosted glass that you can still see into. For a newer hotel I wasn't expecting the shower and toilet to share the same floor. The pictures the Hotel took did a good job of hiding that fact. And there isn't much temperature adjustment for the shower - basically a cold shower.
In terms of restaurants, they seem to be only open when the Ocean Park is open. We went to the ground floor on a Wednesday before 7pm and EVERYTHING was closed. There isn't really anything in walking distance for food. I, along with other guests, had to get food delivered from Grab.
There is a refrigerator in the room but ours was broken. Maintenance just unplugged and plugged it back it. After that it turned on but didn't get cold at all.
This wasn't the worst stay, but I don't think I would book again.

Brilliant stay at Hotel H2O, the in room aquarium was a highlight here. Not much breakfast choice for westerners but that should be expected. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful.

I like the location of the place and its access to nearby attractions. However, the layout is poorly designed. Older guests with limited mobility may need a wheelchair, as there is a lot of walking required to reach the units. Additionally, if there is an event at the grandstand, the hotel does not provide a service vehicle to transport guests to the nearest taxi pickup point.
