Injap Tower Hotel

During check in time, the receptionists took a pictures to our passport from her personal phone. The reason was for the record purposes, she didn’t understand the data protection. 1. The reception didn’t ask for consent before took the picture to our passport from her personal phone.2. The facility didn’t have scanners or copying equipment for records purposes. During booking the room I send a message possible lower floor due to my husband vertigo. The receptionist give us a room in 16th floor which my husband have a vertigo due to heights. I ask for lower floor she gives 12th floor instead. The lift take ages or very slow at least 5mintues if your are in higher floor, no any aircorn in the corridor and lift. When we enter the roomwe check, the mirror need change because the edge is fading can tell is very old mirror, the top need to change because is old already fading the chrome of the top, the shower glass need to clean properly lots of water scale need to change as well can tell is very old glass. The wall paper where the tv need to change the edge coming off. The window need to clean is very dirty outside and need to change too. The whole building must have a sound proof because by the main highway very noisy, entire stayed we haven’t slept at all. Also we can hear the next room having something *** due to no sound proof and no privacy at all. I write more about this hotel but no point. I rather not to recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never come back again.

Right across SM and easy to hail a cab or jeepney. The rooms are relatively small but clean.

This hotel is in a great location—very accessible to public transportation and right across from SM Mall and plenty of dining options. The room was exceptionally clean, and they provided ample towels and toiletry kits. The staff were excellent—very welcoming and ready to assist with luggage the moment you arrive at the entrance. The location is walkable to the Mall and very convenient.

My room was clean and organized. It was cleaned everyday with drinking water bottles provided. And the most impressive are the staff. Very professional and friendly. They are readily available and willing to help with any needs you may have. SM City is literally across the street from the hotel and a 7/11 in the building. I highly recommend InJap Tower Hotel.

This was our second time staying at Injap Tower, and we really love the staff. They’re friendly and go above and beyond—helping with bags all the way from outside the property up to your room. The location is also unbeatable, right across from SM City with easy access to transport. We did experience an issue with our first room, where the sink was leaking underneath and caused a strong smell of humidity due to the wooden cabinet. It was surprising that this wasn’t noticed beforehand, especially as returning guests. However, the staff quickly transferred us to another room without any hassle, and everything was fine from there. Despite the small hiccup, the service and convenience keep bringing us back!

This was my third time staying at Injap Tower Hotel. I'm from Canada and I was in and out of Iloilo and initially only booked my first few nights there, thinking I might try a different hotel after returning from Boracay and Palawan. But I ended up coming back to Injap—because they were incredible. The staff truly stand out. They always greet you with a smile, open doors, help with your bags, and even press the elevator buttons for you. They’re alert, attentive, and genuinely seem to enjoy their work. The receptionists were especially kind, friendly, and understanding throughout my stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, which made things a bit tight with our two large suitcases and backpacks, but we managed fine. One huge plus was that the concierge kindly stored our luggage for a few days while we traveled to other islands—very convenient and appreciated. While the property could use a little refresh in places, everything was clean and fully functional. The location is fantastic—right across from SM City Iloilo—with easy access to taxis, tricycles, and jeepneys just outside the door. I would definitely stay here again!
