Amazing place and excellent food & service

Highly recommend beautiful place and very accommodating. The service is excellent. I thought it wasn't that expensive for a private hotel.

The room was not particularly pleasant, but the rest of the experience was acceptable. When I entered the room, I found a fly on the hand towel in the bathroom and a small spider in the bed, which was somewhat off-putting. The packed breakfast, which included ham and cheese sandwich, was satisfying, except for the tuna sandwich. The service at the bar by the pool was excellent. The food and service provided by room service were outstanding, and the lady who took the order was impressive, providing me with various options. Additionally, I booked private transportation through the hotel, which was of the highest quality.

Excellent staff

the staff were amazing!! from the moment we stepped onto the property, the staff was there to help and cater to our needs. they were also very kind and friendly. we had a pucnic dinner onnone of the nights- we got to see the perfect sunset. the pools are well kept clean. breakfast was great with alot if choices. i asked if they made champorrado- and they made it for me ! i would stay here again.

My family attended a wedding ceremony at the beach of Movenpick and the sunset scene served as an amazing backdrop! Hotel staff were very courteous! Great event and a great stay.

1) Movenpick has a wider stretch of beach than its neighbors, Crimson and Shangri-la. 2) Should include activities for guests 3) Nice to enjoy free shuttle to D'Mall or downtown, adding more times to shuttle guests would be appreciated 4) Overall, Movenpick is a great place in Boracay, away from the very busy part of the island. Will book this again next time.

We had a fantastic stay at Movenpick Resort. The service, food and resort itself were faultless, we can’t wait to return ! Gorgeous quiet beach away from the chaos of Station 1-3. Top marks guys !

Everything was fantastic. From check in to check out. Amazing staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Incredible property and beach. Had a fantastic trip.

1. Was locked out of room due to room keys not working, had multiple staff come & go unable to fix took almost 30 mins for someone to finally come to reset the door 2. Room fridge was broken, again had to wait so long for it to be fixed ended up having to leave the room/resort for the night and leave the repairmen in the room themselves 3. Water sports hire - double kayaks were all “broken” and there were no crystal kayaks available either 4. House keeping extremely slow & incompetent, took 35mins one night when something was requested, after 30 mins someone came to room to pick up items (what was there to pick up?!) I was still waiting on what was requested, I had to send them back to bring me what I asked for (a simple plate, knife & fork) 5. Had to call housekeeping every evening because they had either missed providing new face towels, hand towels, or refilling room shower gel 6. Free shuttle times were very irregular (e.g. 1030am, 230pm, 315pm, 830pm) and would get booked out as there wasnt enough times to fit all resort guests therefore it was very inconvenient 7. Chocolate hour was nice however was expecting good quality and tasting chocolates and desserts given its Movenpick, however everything tasted super average we didn’t even want to finish the sweets and didnt bother going back. Tried brazza restaurant another time as well and the flavour was just poor so didn’t eat at the resort again. 8. “Fun pub” did not have anything in there besides billiard
