Hotel and suite room interior designs are exquisite. Dining options are plentiful. Only thing I have a beef about is the transparent glass between bedroom and shower. I know this can be covered or frosted but not a deal breaker.

i always look forqard to staying in novotwl. with the food choices and the garden walk .

My children and I returned for Part II of our stay at Novotel Manila Araneta City Hotel on July 4-8, 2025. 1) Housekeeping was quick to respond to our request for an extra bath towel and bathrobe. 2) AILEEN assisted us again in our check in and was her pleasant self as always! 3) We continued to enjoy the morning breakfast! Thank you again to the chefs and crew. The atmosphere was so welcoming, I invited guests to dine with me and my family. 4) Thank you again, Concierge staff for assisting us with the luggage upon our check out. And for ensuring we got on the right Grab car on our many rides. 5) My children LOVED the swimming pool! The view was especially beautiful at night! 6) The hotel's location was conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. One that one thing to note: the room did not come with smart TV. My children and I stayed at Novotel Manila Araneta City Hotel on June 19-June 26, 2025. This was my return to my home country after many years! I would like to share a few of my experiences: 1) Our room was very modern, spotless and the beds were comfortable, as we adjusted to the time zone. Housekeeper BILLY always made sure our amenities were replenished. 2) Front Desk staff were very courteous. Thank you to ELAINE for a smooth arrival and for assisting with my sister in the early check in as she set up our room with personal essentials. 3) We enjoyed the morning breakfast, thanks to the breakfast crew! The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of fresh fruits, pastries, western and the yummy pinoy food! 3) Thank you, Concierge staff for assisting us with the luggage the day after they was delivered to the hotel arranged by airport staff. And thank you too for bringing them down upon our check out. 4) It sure was easy using the hotel power multi-adapter outlet without having to find a converter. 5) The hotel's location was conveniently located and is also a walking distance of many shops and restaurants. One minor thing to note: the room did not come with smart TV. We had to borrow an HDMI to plug to our laptop. The shower in our room is too cold, no hot water in our room but overall great. Wonderful staffs and excellent service.

Very friendly personnel all over,no exceptions. The property is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The most important feature is the location; it is within walking distace to restaurants, malls and public transportation,which is very cheap and convenient.
