• Late check-in fee: PHP 500 for check-in between 8:00 PM and noon

A damage deposit of PHP 15000 will be collected before check-in. Deposit is payable by PayPal and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests are required to download the property's viber/whatsapp mobile app before check-in.
