Point 303 Resort

The bathroom was awful. No bidet. No refrigerator. No elevator. Unfriendly staff. No towels. No WiFi. Window shades had no darkening effect. No bottled water in the room. Water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Door to balcony doesn’t close all the way. My friends room had no TV, no closet. Grounds were very nice. But will never stay there again and will not recommend

I had a wonderful stay here, rooms were great, perfect location for me to get to Cloud 9, and would recommend it. Only downside was the air conditioner was very loud- so hard to sleep, and it was really not that effective. I tried to lower it to 16C so that I could try to get the room cold to turn it off at night, but it never got 'cool' in the room- it was always at 'not sweating in a puddle' - so still hot but not dying hot.

My wife found a cockroach in the room and my daughters complained about ants on their bed. The air conditioner was a little weak. There is a restaurant on the property which has good food at about the market price. Because of the cleanliness concerns and the amount of activity on the Cloud 9 strip, we ended our stay 3 days early.

Television wasn't working. Asked to have them look at it and they never came. We booked the family room. Had to ask for more towels as they only gave us two. No trash cans in the room. Very unorganized and was over priced for the two days we stayed there.

Perfekt beliggenhed, men dog var værelset meget fugtigt og lummert - rengøringen var ok. Personalet var imødekommende og venlige. Ikke et sted jeg ville vælge igen - da fugtigheden i værelset var forfærdelig.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 nights, 4 person in 2 room. Check in very quick, we got two big rooms, facing West, spacious and with big balcony, and they seems all new !!!. Room cleaning on request, no problem just give your key, to reception. There is a small restaurant on site, but also several options in walking distance. This resort is very close to Cloud 9, surf area, like max 5 min, and also easy to get a tricycle to G.L from here too. This hotel is very nice, the pool is just a small one, not for swimming only a dip. Only one thing was little annoying, there was no refrigerator in the rooms, also no kettle for make hot water, for coffee or tea.

Après avoir refusé la 1ère chambre qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation, nous avons eu une grande chambre. On commence à avoir l'habitude ils nous font le coup dans tout les hôtels dans les îles des Philippines, ils essayent de vous refiler la chambre la plus bas de gamme pour pouvoir relouer votre chambre aux gens de passage... Bref,on ne sait pas fait avoir. Donc grande chambre avec climatisation TV et un grand lit. Une grande salle de bain un peu vetuste. Une douche avec une bonne pression et eau chaude. Par contre obligé d'attendre 1h pour avoir de l'eau courante certains jours... Et nous avons eu des serviettes tachees usées trouées et moisie 2 fois. L'hôtel n'avait pas de WiFi. Le petit-déjeuner est hors de prix et la cuisine est mauvaise, je vous conseille d'aller en dehors à côté de l'hôtel vous trouverez des endroits plus indiqués pour la cuisine et moins cher. Il n'y a pas d'eau potable fournie gratuitement, il faut payer les bouteilles d'eau et pas de bouilloire non plus ni frigo. Le personnel est accueillant sympathique et serviable. L'hôtel se situe à 200m du Cloud Nine et de ces surfeurs. Il se situe en bord de route très facile à trouver. La déco et les aménagements sont un peu vieillot. Personnellement j'ai payé vraiment pas cher mais je pense que cela ne vaut pas plus non plus. Donc si vous choisissez cet hôtel réclamez bien la chambre qui correspond à votre réservation et bon séjour.
