Only location is great. Front desk customer service provided unprofessional service. Full of attitude. Our second stay and for sure last. We witnessed fist fight in Hotel restaurant at evening. It was very noisy at night in our room..

Excellent hotel near the train station. Breakfast was very good.

Very clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast choices were excellent, especially for gluten free (but sometimes bread was not available). Only thing letting it down was the elevators (not in service or didn't work properly) and it was difficult to find the stairs.

The smell of the room was really bad to be honest and the cleaner keep open the door in the morning even I have the tag showing that don't need clean service, she or he opened my door twice!

Ottimi professionalità e servizio

Everything was great The best part of the hotel is that it is near the shopping mall, train station, important attractions and good restaurants. It is worth the money.

Mi opinion es porque no les funciona el aire acondicionado, lo resolví muy fácil abriendo la ventana, tienen un anuncio que dice que si se abre la ventana se apaga el aire acondicionado, pero no es así. Estuve casi toda la noche con mucho calor con la ventana cerrada, hasta que en la magrugada me paré a abrir la ventana! El minibar (pequeño refrigerador) NO sirve, revise muy bien que estuviera conectado y que los botones estuvieran en la selección de frío correcto. Pero no funcionó, los jugos, leche y cerveza que compré me las tomé calientes! Finalmente la regadera superior NO funciona, hay que usar la regaderita lateral, porque al hacer el cambio tiene una fuga de agua grande al cambiarla a la regadera grande superior, entonces se debe dejar con la regadera lateral pequeñita. Es una pena! Porque el hotel está muy bien ubicado, su personal es muy amable, pero detalles de la propiedad afectan la satisfacción de los clientes!

Love staying here! Rooms were nice and bed super comfortable. Breakfast was good - lots of variety. Front desk staff friendly. Great location -- close to train station and walkable to most attractions.

AC very very weak but we appreciate the renovation as we’re there every year.

David in reception was amazing and pleasant guy I highly recommend going to him but I see mostly he is doing evening shift and in the restaurant I highly am pleased with angieska the manager and Natalia who are also hard working and pleasant staff

There was a variety of food options. The room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location is perfect for exploring Warsaw. Hotel is comfortable and breakfast superb - more bacon tho please. No issues with any of the staff I spoke to, everyone very happy to help. Would definitely stay there again.
