Jess Hotel & Spa Warsaw Old Town

Good breakfast and hospitality.

Hissi oli rikki ja piti kiivetä portaat 4. kerrokseen. Vessanpönttö oli omituinen, kansisysteemi irrallaan. Rappukäytävät likaisia, koska asukkaat niissä kävelivät. Kylpyläosasto vain poreallas ja sauna. Sijainti oli erinomainen. Aamupala aika perus, mutta mm. juustoja en ottanut, kun tuntui että ne olivat lämpimässä.

Centralt och välskött hotell, rent och snyggt. Skönaste sängarna hittills av våra Polen resor. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, duktiga på engelska. Enda minus som vi tyckte, var frukosten som Nem Asian fusion stod för: Äggröra bara varannan dag, annars stekt ägg. Stekt ris (gott men inte till frukost). Endast stekta korvar, en sort dagligen. Inga kylbrickor till mejeriprodukter. För övrigt var restaurangen super bra, kanongod mat!

We returned to this hotel a second time aftet we had a good experience. But no this time. We reserved and paid for a premium room. But the room we received was as tiny as could be. There barely room to open the door or the bathroom. That was very disappointing.

I have never had such a bad experience with such hotel who is rated 4 stars in hotels.com . Rooms are dated and small but worst of all the lift didnt work and we were located in the 4th floor. The hotel didnt care about it and didnt offer any commission. They also didnt worn us in advance about the problem and didnt give us the chance to change hotel despite knowing about the faulty lift before our arrival(there is only one lift in the hotel).

It’s a bit noisy as it’s right in the middle of the town centre. Otherwise, very convenient.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I had planned to use the Spa but after seeing how stained all the floors were I opted out. Unfortunately, it didn't get better from there. I was there for a few nights. By the second night the power in my room went out. They asked what I had been doing before it went out (reading in bed) nothing plugged in aside from the hotel. They reset it. The next day I came back to my room after being out all day and the power was out again. They sent someone up who said the same thing had happened across the hall in the last couple of days - they reset the breaker. An hour later, it goes out again. I have an early flight the next morning so I'm trying to charge my phone and get sleep. I go down stairs in my PJs and ask them to fix it. This time another room was also affected. This happens 5 times over the next hour or so. No apologies, just "well what were you doing?" (again reading). Eventually they said they had no additional rooms but I could stay at an apartment down the street. So I had to get dressed, pack up all my stuff, move down the street, unpack it and get ready for bed again which was extremely frustrating with an early flight. The fact that this had been a known issue for days before arrived, and continued to happen and all they bothered to do was reset the breaker, is lazy, potentially a fire hazard depending on what the wiring situation was, and they never bothered to address the root cause. No apologies for the inconvenience - they just wanted money.

Great for a base hotel in the old town but needs an update, breakfast nice which is in the Asian restaurant next door

So this was a great location, so close to Old Town in Warsaw. It was so small, we could barely move around. Everything was clean in the room, but the hallways could use a makeover. We only stayed 2 nights.

Hotel bom, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade velha de Varsóvia, café da manhã muito bom, ducha excelente, travesseiros bons, um pouco de barulho por causa do movimento da rua, e da portaria.

Walking distance to old town. Small but comfortable rooms. Really great breakfast

Ottima posizione e il personale.

Hotel muy muy centrico y con excelente desayuno Peor en realidad que en fotos. Muy ruidoso, aun teniendo habitacion silenciosa que da a patio interior. Mal insonorizado paredes y ventanas. Ese fue el mayor problema para mi. Habitacion regular.

Trevligt litet hotell med bra läge nära 'Old town' . Bra service med massage och fin spaavdelning på hotellet.

Staff are fantastic

The property is fine but the closing of the elevator door should be slowed down.

Great downtown location with restaurants and city walks in all directions. Parking is a real challenge, but as long as you are not driving this hotel is fantastic.

Will stay there again in the future.

Små rum. Bra läge och med en fantastisk restaurang. Tog även en bra massage på spaavdelningen. Liten toalettstol såg ut att vara till barn.

He estado 2 noches y la habitacion estiraron las sabanas pero ni la limpiaron la habitacio . La cama sofa no era cama ni sofa era cutro hierros con una conchoneta de plastico y eraimposible dormir.El baño no sepodia ni entrar del olor que tenia y no reposición ni el papel del bater.El desayuno escaso y muy malo.El personal nada atento mas bien pasatos , siendo chavales muy jovencitos.
