This is an apartment above a restaurant, not a hotel. We did not know this so it was initially hard to find. But what a beautiful amazingly romantic place. Wi-Fi not great, so come here for the romance not work. All the staff were incredible! Always operating with a spirit of excellence! And it is right next to the castle!

The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines.

Our stay was amazing! The location was excellent adjacent to the Wawel Castle and along historic Kanonicza Street; easy walking distance to the historic square and shopping areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We were looking for something special and we found it; definitely not your typical hotel…the room felt like we were taken back in history with modern conveniences; loved that the windows opened and we could hear the sounds of the city below. Highly recommend!

Top hotel Top staff Top service 10/10 Will be back again

Super dejligt ophold i virkelig skøn bolig. Alt var lækkert og stilfuldt og der var kræset for detaljerne. Den bedste seng ever !! “Hotellet” bestod af 3 lejligheder, der ligger ovenpå lækker restaurant med Michelin skilt på døren. Morgenmad blev serveret på værelset fra kl 9. Som morgen menneske havde det været rart hvis det havde været fra kl 8. Men rigtig dejlig morgenmad. Der var tilhørende privat terrasse med jacuzzi, som lå på etagen ovenover. Virkelig dejligt. Eneste minus var ventilation med udluftningsjsnal lige ved terrassen. En del larm fra denne døgnet rundt. Alligevel er det til et stort 10-tal👍

Great place that puts you back in 1700’s . Place is small , we got great service . It was hard to figure out hot to get inside as it it’s restaurant but we figured out . We had 2 bottles of wine waiting for us, fresh fruit . Definitely recommend it

Just got back from staying at Kanonicza 22 and I have to say it was such a lovely place to stay. The staff in the restaurant downstairs were all lovely and the accommodation itself was just stunning.

Loved the staff, amenities, the personal attentions, small luxuries. Breakfast was cooked to order and fabulous. There is a nearby 24h parking lot for 100PLM/24h so no issue there. Would like to note that the hot tub is only accessible to the third floor suite.

Overnattingsstedet var veldig bra hyggelige personal veldig koselige vi hadde 3 netter vi fikk ikke nye hånkler i oppholdet å ingen som var å vasket eller gjore noe renhold på de dagene å det var et fantastisk fint bobble bad på tak terasen som vi nesten ikke fikk brukt det var en forferdelig lukkt annde dagen så vi torte ikke å bruke det mere en en dag dette er ikke bra til å væreet 5 stjerners hotell vill nok ikke tilbake mvh Steinar

We had a small interruption on our last night of four. I’m so impressed with the way it got handled. Michael the Manager and Marchin went above and beyond for our family stay. We rented the Imperial and the room below. The Imperial is incredible. THERE IS A PRIVATE HOTUB ON THE ROOF THAT LITERALLY OPENS TO VIEWS OF THE WAWAL CASTLE 🏰 NEXT DOOR!!! AMAZING FOOD. MICHELIN RATED RESTAURANT POD NOSEM RESTAURANT IS THE MAIN FLOOR. Unbelievable value.

Michael the manager has gone above and beyond for us. Definitely deserved of 10/10 stars ⭐️ we can’t wait to visit again. The private hot tub on the roof is so unique. The Wawal Castle all lit up at night is incredible.

Such a beautiful hotel! Perfect location and so romantic! The staff was very friendly too, especially Martin. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This place is amazing. Perfect location, great restaurant, the room what extravagant and perfect. Location is hard to find for dropping off luggage, but overall, it was an amazing experience.
