Great customer service and very clean hotel and modern.

I loved the view from the 30th floor, not much noise (except from air-con at night, which I could not switch off). Lovely room, nice furniture, good breakfast. It is in a convenient location. One little criticism: there were 2 bottles of water, but no bottle opener, I damaged my key-ring trying to open

One of the best hotels we've been in. Comfortable and clean room, easy access to transpo and restaurants and shops nearby.

Bra centralt hotell, nära till det mesta. Bra frukost. Mycket välstädat.

Jeg havde 4 nætter på et superior værelse på øverste etage - værelse 3128. Badeværelset var meget slidt ud. Hotellet, der har over 700 værelser oplyser, at de har en SPA - men det er kun en miniature infrarød sauna til 2 - 3 personer :(

Not happy with my stay. Loud and vey noisy, room very small. Staff not friendly. Would not stay there again or recommend.

Ubicado en el centro de Varsovia (zona que puede ser ruidosa por el tráfico o la frenada del tranvía que pasa enfrente). Las habitaciones están en perfecto estado. Gran vista de la plaza central (si tienes una habitación con numeración que termina en número non). Se puede llegar fácilmente a zonas de interés de la ciudad; muchas opcines de restaurantes, cafés y tiendas cerca. Aproximadamente a media hora del aeropuerto Chopin. Me pareció una muy buena ubicación para conocer la ciudad.

Good: Central location and fantastic buffet breakfast. Great views of the city from higher floors. To improve: My room was next door to the lifts so it was very noisy and unfortunately due to lack of availability I couldn't change rooms straight away. Affected my sleep.

Good location

The hotel is central. However, do feel it could improve it's overall friendliness as it is a holiday place. Breakfast had an axcellent choice but staff were struggling to clear the tables for the amount of people.

Very comfortable stay, the room decor is beautiful, the location is great, the cleaning service is excellent, they are always cheerful, helpful and welcoming, and there are free entertainment games at the reception, which made the place even more beloved.

Fabulous hotel and location! Close to shipping, restaurants, site seeing and more. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great-lots of variety, hotel clean and rooms comfortable. Kasia and the woman who took care of out room on the 28th floor were amazing. Thank you for a fantastic stay. Definitely recommend. 💕

The stay at Novotel was superb. We loved every part of our time here from the location, delicious breakfast, most helpful and kind staff, the restaurant and bar and so much more. Kasia at the breakfast area was so sweet and kind. Jazz in the restaurant was very attentive and helpful with recommendations on the best ice cream flavors to the liquor. Many of the customer service staff were very helpful as well with our requests of the To go breakfast in day or departure at 3am to odd requests of zip ties. My only complaints and not really complaints were the noise level from outside in our room- Warsaw is very lively 24 hrs a day and there are some pubs and nightclubs just below. Also the room space was a bit tight for a family of 3 with large luggage but we were able to make it work. Would stay here again 1000%. We just only left but miss is already.

First time in a Novotel, would compare it to a Marriott in the US. Good mattress, reliable internet, decent gym, convenient central location. Excellent value for money. Did not try the restaurants.
