The staff were amazing, great location and very clean room. They were so kind to let us check in early, I’ve genuinely never experienced this before, nothing was an issue and they couldnt do enough for you. Faultless.

Amazing property!

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. The staff were all fantastic, so efficient and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, clean, stylish and well appointed. We only stayed for one night but I would definitely go back when returning to Lisbon.

Stunning hotel in a very convenient location. I would 100% recommend and hope to come back soon! Everyone at the hotel was very kind and helpful. We got some fantastic lunch and dinner recommendations from the front desk staff. This was the perfect way to kick off a memorable trip!

Wonderful hotel. Parking is challenging as it is not on the property. If you come in from the northwest side you have a ten minute drive to get to the offsite parking. It is very close to the East side of the hotel.

AC wasn't working properly, had the technician come in a couple times and after 3 attempts we gave up. Room was small, fitness area was worthless.

The facility is spotless. The service is impeccable. The staff is always ready to help. I cannot say enough about this hotel and it's staff. It is one of the best hotel visits I've had in my life. When a tour was canceled on us due to a flat tire, the front desk staff arranged a wonderful alternative that resulted in a vist to a vinyard operated on a natural basis, and the wine was wonderful. I can miss giving a shout out to the breakfast, best ever with a mix of buffet and special order! Don't miss it.

The Concierge team was very helpful and made our stay in Lisbon stress free. Bruno was especially helpful and provided great restaurant and tour recommendations. Great location, centrally located. I would highly recommend. This was my second visit to Lisbon and first time staying at this property

Tolle Lage, modern, sauber, ruhig. Das Bett war bequem, der Service sehr gut und das Personal sehr nett. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder übernachten sowie das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

The sauna was 50 degrees, which was quite disappointing. Restaurant was decent. Bed was a bit hard. Beautiful decor in the restaurant.

Great location - close proximity to Praça do Comércio. Bar is really nice for evening drinks, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would stay again!
