Nel quartiere dove si trona l'hotel servizi e luoghi di interesse,la presenza ravvicinata del ponte non disturba il sonno,ottima insonorizzazione di tutta la struttura. Personale gentile attento e disponibile,lingue parlate inglese,francese,spagnolo, tedesco,litaliano no,perche? SPA a disposizione degli ospiti,intrattenimento musicalle nel fine settimana molto gradevole. Camera molto pulita,teli bagno puliti ogni giorno,morbidi e profumati,dispenser per sapone,shampoo,bagnoschiuma,non le solite bustine o saponette monouso,bicchieri in vetro.La presenza della moquette all'inizio mi ha lasciata un po perplessa ma ho notato che veniva pulita con accuratezza.Frigo bar fornito. Unica nota stonata della camera,a cui secondo me dovrebbero rimediare al piu presto,è la qualita del materasso. Decisamente scomodo, ha fatto il suo tempo,si sprofondava ,probabilmente ci ha gia dormito troppa gente. Colazione a buffet ricca,personale numeroso e disponibile.

El hotel está muy bien, pero al estar cerca del puente es ruidoso. Necesita mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones. Viajamos en familia y pedimos dos habitaciones comunicadas, pero nos las dieron en distintas plantas de edificio.

The hotel has terrible pillows. Room service is not existent as no one ever picks up the phone! Same with reception - no one picks up the phone. The staff, specially at the bar are rude and the food was ok. Mini bar was never replenished. Will not recommend.

The plastic bed protector and blood stained pillow case were aweful. The hotel stay would have been excellant if I could have slept. The plastic on the bed was loud when I moved around, the plastic was slick and sweaty. Even a layer of inexpensive fabric would make a huge difference. Blood stained pillow case is unforgivable. Sorry to say I won't be back.

Hotellet låg under den stora tågbron och det var verkligen jobbigt med ljudet från tåg som körde ideligen och under hela natten.
Rummet var fuktigt och hade något problem med fönstren.
Frukosten var bra men det var bullrigt och hög ljudvolym i den stora matsalen.
Läget för hotellet är direkt opraktiskt om man, som vi, åker lokaltrafik. Det är inte nära till några sevärdheter och en rejäl promenad till närmaste hållplats.
Sonen blev glad över att få ett stort påskägg i choklad vid ankomsten.

The hotel was in good condition and the staff helpful however, if you have food allergies, or sensitivities be extremely careful of what you eat. Twice I was given food containing wheat after I told the staff that I have an allergy and showed them my eppi pen. I cannot recommend this hotel because of that.

We loved how the front desk staff allowed us to store our luggage and use their facilities, like the pool and sauna, long before the 3pm standard check-in. They also allowed us to have the continental breakfast at the restaurant and check in just after 12 noon.

Viajamos en familia y la habitación familiar estupenda y las vistas geniales. El personal muy amable. La posibilidad de piscina cubierta y el guimnasio una maravilla. El desayuno estupendo. Lo hemos disfrutado mucho.
Solo necesitaría una mejor insonorización aunque se descansa bien y mejor comunicación entre recepción y restauración a la hora de informar de las opciones para comer. Mejor el bar que el buffet de cena y nos enteramos tarde de todas las opciones que había.

Poor bedding and matresses, stained towels, broken shower…..dinner a la carte was overcooked and clearly was cooked a couple of days before, potatoes were dark in the edges…bar and restaurant staff were excellent but reception staff was rude and ignores people

Ihan hyvä hotelli rannan tuntumassa ja kävelymatkan päässä monista paikoista. Lisäksi läheltä pääsi muilla kulkuyhteyksillä keskustaan.
Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelutahtoisia.
Aamupala oli riittävän monipuolinen.
Ainoa mainitsemisen arvoinen asia oli se, että oli päätyhuone jonne lähijunan ja viressä olevan sillan liikenteen melu kuului todella selkeästi.
