Stay is good. Hotel.com booking process is poor. When I booked this hotel in 14 Nov 2024, Hotel.com website stated free airport transfer. On Mar 2025, ibis hotel change the rule to hotel transfer is payable. Hotel.com updated their website to payable transfer. I feedback to hotel.com but I cannot proof the free transfer as the website is updated to payable transfer. However, ibis hotel is very good. They knew I booked before their new rules; they provide free drop off to airport. I paid for my own airport to hotel transfer. Hotel.com, please correct this loop hole. Please inform your customers of such changes by email.

Was a great location for the spa and airport

Hotel was perfect for Therme Spa. Minutes from airport. Half an hour Uber to city. Beds extremely comfortable. Very clean. Good choice for breakfast. Didn’t have an evening meal here. Staff polite and friendly. Rooms quite warm. Air conditioning didn’t make much difference. On a busy road so may be uncomfortable in the summer.

Todo excelente, recepción, desayuno buffet, wifi, habitación, limpiea. Unica nota negativa, que en las fechas que estuve hospedado la temperatura de la habitación siempre estaba muy alta y no había manera de reducirla. Muy desagradable tratar de dormir con temperatura alta. En recepción me recomendaron salir media hora de la habitación y dejar la ventana abierta para que se enfriara.... en resumen, no hay control de temperatura en las habitaciones; al menos en las fechas que me hospedé.

The person at the reception was very very rude. He had a "dahh" attitude to questions asked. I am not comnig back to this one.

The room was very hot and necessary to open windows, however, it does not open at top, only wide open! With window open, was very noisy due to major road outside window. There was no kettle or coffee in room, and the site said bathrobes. However, room was small with minimal accessories. I will not stay here again, there are many fabulous hotels at the same cost that are much nicer.

It’s the second time staying at this hotel and I like everything about it, except the pillows. Modest, but comfortable and clean room, very nice staff, quite good breakfast. Actually in choosing this hotel for me the breakfast makes the difference compared to other hotels nearby. I hope they will keep it at this quality and included in the price.

A hotel with potential, but the noise from the busy road is unacceptable. You might as well open the windows wide or lie down on the sidewalk, same noise level. There is no way to sleep, even earplugs did not cope. All the rest was OK, but the hotel is mainly for sleeping, and unfortunately this condition does not meet.

Hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful dinner was tasty and well prepared, the airport shuttle ran regularly although need to bear in mind the location is just off a busy and fast moving highway (nothing to do with the Ibis itself) My only small negative is that the hot breakfast was lukewarm - scrambled egg, sausages, mushrooms, hash browns etc

Was exactly how was advertised , great for a night stay and I loved that they offered airport shuttles to and fro which was so exceptional

The young lady (receptionist) was very helpful and knowledgeable, unfortunately I forgot her name. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean, it was a great place to stay.

Quadratisch, Praktisch , Gut . Erfullt die Erwartungen für eine Übernachtung in der Nähe der Flughafen. Gute Transfer zum Flughafen. Nette Personal und Sauber. Gut zum Weiterempfehlen.

although convenient for the airport, this hotel left a lot to be desired. The rooms are very compact for two friends sharing. The bathroom is difficult to navigate due to the space saving features and you have to stand in certain positions to be able to open the door. There were no tea/coffee making facilities and the fridge was out of service. The biggest issue we had was how HOT the hotel was. Uncomfortably hot. We attempted to use the in room fan settings to no avail. We had the window wide open but this wasn’t great either due to noise (busy road by the airport). I phoned reception who advised nothing could be done except turn the fan completely off - which we did. But we were still forced to try and sleep in a still incredibly hot room and very loud noise due to the window needing to be open. Horrible experience. The shower was also interesting. As well as the shower control hanging off the wall and there being a holes in the tile, it was impossible to have a decent shower as it continuously fluctuated between either scolding hot or freezing cold water. Couldn’t stand under it comfortably. Managed by filling the sink and washing that way. Thankfully we were visiting the therme spa close by so we were able to shower properly there. Aside from the issues with heat and with the shower, The room is tired and in need of repair. Broken and out of service items aren’t really acceptable in a global brand such as ibis - styles.. not even budget! The breakfast was uninspiring.

Close to the airport and a free shuttle to and from the airport, lovely modern rooms, nice breakfast, nothing to do in the area, on a main road, so only stay here if you're using the hotel for the airport
