Wonderful apartment! We enjoyed staying in it! Thank you!

The next day I arrived to the apartment, we surprised my friend who is getting married with some flowers and some ballons inside the apartment, and went out to eat and celebrate her, we came back to the apartment at 03:00 am, and did notice that it was no bedline, no towels for all the persons, it was only one set of towels which my friend who stayed the night before used, but it was no towels for the rest of us, and no bedlines or covers to make the sofa bed. I called the provided number for the house and mentioned all the problems, about cleanliness, bedlines, towels and the pressure of the water in the shower. He said he couldn`t do anything on that time, and he didn`t care about it, and accused us for not checking things propperly when we entered the apartment. He said he will send one person to fix our problems in the morning. He sent one person who rang on the door bell at 10 am, he gave me the bedlines and the towels, I mentioned, it is hard to shower due to the leackage and the pressure of the water. The person who came, said he will mention it to boss. I called back to the number I called earlier, andtold what happened, he said that I tricked him, and he don`t care, he accused things. He did mention that I will get a refund, but he changed his entrie statement.I contacted hotels, and the owner of the apartment came and I told him everything, he accused for why booking the place from the first hand, if my friend had some problems on the first night.They ruined my plan

Our stay was for a bachelorette celebration. I booked 2 seperate booking, since one of my firend came before the rest of us. She had some troubles to get the access to the key of the apartment, and when she called the bell, beside the door, a voice said that he was watching her the entire time she struggled to get the access of the key, which made the first impression bad. She arrived late to the apartment which was around 23:00 Romanian time, when she entered the apartment the entire apartment was full of dust. She tried to reach me, since I was the one who booked the apartment for her, but due to some internett problems, she couldn`t reach me. She cleaned, hoovered the apartment before she slept. Since it was 2 bookings with same people, I messaged the host that my friend don`t have to check in, before she entered the apartment. I willl continue the rest on the next review. The entire experience for her was bad overall, it wasn´t clean, and it was scary for her when she suddenly hear that the man have been watching her threw the door camera the entire time to get in to the apartment, but haven´t said or asked anything before she asked for help after several time.

Well the property had a technical issue with the heating floor unit,at first we contacted the owner and let him know,and he said that he will adjusted remotely,and had to leave cause it was to hot inside, few hours later when we came back it was even hotter up 29.9° Celsius and we had to wait for maintenance guy to show up few hours later to turned off. So other then the sauna experience,everything else was good.

The property itself was great, clean and in a pretty nice area. It is walkable to a lot of flea markets and stores which was nice. We had some issues getting out hotel details and needed to reach out several times to the property manager but we were able to get in reasonably quick. One issue we had was the shower kept getting close and I'm not sure if that's normal in the area but one of the people from management came over and the last night of our 4 day stay and adjusted the heater. Other than that and a small power outage issue, I'd say it was nice.

Property is lovely would have been all 5 star but these things let the property down a bit 1. Proper knife set ( only butter knife was available ) 2.toaster and kettle 3.shampoo as it was stated on the list was none available 4. Hairs in the bathroom should have been cleaned a bit better 5.freezer but dirty 6.used make up sponge in the kitchen cup board 7 maybe a chair or two on the balcony would have been nice

Modern, brand new apartment that was clean with all amenities you would require. There is a couple of small shops 2 minute walk and shopping centre 5 minute drive. 15 minute drive from old town. The livingroom sockets did all cut out on our last night but sockets in other rooms worked. The sockets started working next day may just have teething issues with it being a new building! Host was informative and accessible on call/whatsapp

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Great communication from the host. Would definitely recommend this property and if I come back to Bucharest I will look at booking this again.

Great location, the apartment was very clean and awesome parking just across the street!
