Bay Gardens Marina Haven

Good basic hotel accommodation for the area.

The receptionist was more focused on havin her dinner. She forgot to give us wrist bands and welcome drink tokens and pool tokens , also forgot to tell us the time for breakfast and the WiFi password. She then stated I had to ask for assistance with my bags to the room. The first room given the bathroom had a terrible smell. The second room had a leak . The third room the television didn’t work . The towels were dirty. The fourth room given the ac had an issue. I gave up by then.I will never be staying there again .

Enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. Nice view of the marina and eating options are within walking distance

The place is very clean, staff nice and professional. Nice music ambience by the pool. Bartender /DJ very welcoming and courteous. Will definitely recommend and come back👍

This was our second time staying at Bay Gardens Marina. We had such a great experience the first time that we decided to visit again, purposely driving to Rodney Bay for the night before heading to stay at our friends airbnb in Chatlotte for the remainder of the week. We booked through Expedia the first time, so we did the same this time around. Check in was, once again, smooth, and we paid the small remainder collected by the hotel. We were shown our room, got freshened up and changed, and went to Keebees (our local favourite) for dinner. We came back and visited the outdoor bar, paid for two "YooHoos", shout out to the bartender, who was great. For our second round we billed it to our room. The next morning we had our included breakfast, stopped to check-out, where we were told there was a "small amout" to pay, which I assumed was the two drinks. My husband paid the bill and we were off. Once home, I checked our credit card bill, and we were charged $ 167.91 upon check-out. Knowing there was no way 2 drinks totalled this I tried to reach the hotel, both before leaving the island and upon arriving home. I have received one response with a picture of a 2 buffet dinners and 2 pitons that were charged to our room. I have sent them a picture of our Keebees receipt from the night, with time, and offered to pay for our 2 drinks, and they have never responded to this, or a follow up. I suppose our next step is to see if Expedia can help, and report to our credit card.

Staff was not really attentive,training needs to be done on staff service,menu knowledge and communication skills

Beautiful resort

Absolutely awful staff that fails on every professional level that exists. Property manager has zero integrity whatsoever and needs to give up. They do not care about customers and their wellbeing. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Overall, the hotel was a ok place. Pretty old but for a quick stay at a reasonable price this would be the place.. the staff were very nice and sweet and made you very comfortable. the biggest complaint that I had was that Friday night and Saturday night. I’m not sure if there’s a club behind the hotel but up until 3 o’clock in the morning nonstop music unacceptable

The location was convenient for the activities we were planning.

Hotel very old and expensive. Relation price and value is very bad. You paid but don't get nothing.

Enjoyed my stay there but did not like the cats running around the dining room and walking through our feet as we ate our breakfasts and dinners.

Nice and friendly atmosphere. The staffs are really dedicated to make you feel comfortable.

The property is well located in the Gross Islet area near the Marina within short commute of the Reduit Beach and Rodney Bay Area. Good value for money with spacious rooms, a happy and well staffed Anchor restaurant with variety and creative cuisines on different days of the week. The pool bar represents hub of activity well during evening hours. Housekeeping is top-notch. Felt safe and well looked after during my 2 day stay for the T20 World Cup. A shuttle service runs 15 minutes to the hour and takes guests to other Bay Garden properties and Rodney Bay strip area (not to be missed). The front desk service was sporadic easily overwhelmed with a little bit of activity. For instance, while waiting for my room to be ready it was the housekeeping staff that led me to my room which was prepared for a while. The front desk forgot to follow the usual protocols and I had to stop by later for passport verification. They seemed tired and overwhelmed by concierge-type questions. All in all, superb value. The Bay Gardens beach property is much nicer but more expensive and easily enjoyed using the shuttle service that runs through 10:45 PM 7 days a week.

Great location for access to Gros Islet, friendly staff. Buffet dinning is OK, access to other Bay Garden hotels is a plus
