Harbor Club St. Lucia, Curio Collection by Hilton

The Harbor Club Hotel has a lot of potential to be a five-star experience, thanks to its beautiful harbor views, convenient location, and picturesque pools. However, several frustrating issues prevent it from reaching that level. The pools are undeniably scenic, but the experience is hindered by missing tiles, which caused deep scratches on my kids’ first day. Additionally, pool towels are rarely stocked, requiring repeated requests with long wait times. While the poolside drinks are a nice touch, the happy hour pricing is inconsistent—charging full price for a non-alcoholic daiquiri makes little sense. The shuttle service was another disappointment. We were initially told there was a beach shuttle, only to find out the next day that it wasn’t running. Instead, we were offered a taxi for $15 each way—an unexpected and frustrating change. The service is very friendly and kind, but lacks attention to detail. Expect to ask multiple times for water, silverware, or any request, with long wait times for even simple things. The rooms deserve 4 stars—they are overall clean, and it’s worth upgrading to an ocean and pool view. However, the bedding is very basic, with multiple-layered comforters that shift around, making for an inconsistent sleeping experience. Additionally, shower gel was never restocked during our stay. With better attention to detail and faster, more consistent service, this could easily be a top-tier hotel. As it stands, it’s a beautiful but occasionally frustr

The property is nice and most of the staff members are lovely. One bad problem was mold in the air conditioning system which made us sick. The room cleaning itself was perfect. Some of the wait staff were very slow and did not seem to care. Others were lovely. One issue was overcooking fish so it became dry. In other restaurants it was not a problem. So it is not a St Lucia problem.

The dining room was not great. It was difficult just to get the proper order when ordering from the menu, we were brought someone else's meal and it took forever to be served. The 7th Heaven coffee shop was fantastic. I went there once and the girls knew after that what I drank and started to make my coffee. Thanks ladies.

First evening was very noisy with an event above our room. We were 'warned' about the noise at check-in but when you cannot hear the movie you're watching above the music upstairs, it's more than a little disappointing.

I liked most of it. The staff was nice and courteous, rooms were clean so it was the facility. My con will be food services. There were VERY limit on its menu. most of them didnt have the ingredients for most of the popular dishes. Then there was not much to see around.

The waiting for a signature on each ticket at dining. Coffee, drinks was insane. We waited a lot for this.....after we had already got room taken with order. We got tired if waiting sometimes and just walked away since they had room number. Then the staff had to come find us. So ridiculous. This would be why we normally do all inclusive.

The hotel was nice overall. Our bedding was dirty when we first arrived and it needed to be changed. We were also missing several towels upon arrival. Breakfast prices are too high for the quality of food that was provided.

The staff, facilities, food were great. Not enough sunbeds. Surrounding area had lots of litter. Motor bikes every nights reviving engines, no silencers and this was for around 2 to 3 hours after midnight. Didnt get much sleep the whole holiday.

The staff could not have been more accomodating. Anything we requested was handled immediately. No one handed off any reaponsibiity. The person you asked, solved your problem.

Initially fell in love with this place. Some things were out of their control, but having to ask for things seven or eight times started getting to me. Had to switch rooms in the middle of the night, no A/C. People very nice but no follow through

This hotel was perfect. The view from the room was beautiful. The pool was fantastic as well as the view. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We definitely enjoyed the sushi and pizza at the restaurant. Made it easy to be able to eat at the hotel and have so many options!

It was very nice. Overall, I'd round up to 5 starts.

my wife and i enjoyed our stay, little problem the first night with noise below us from some sort of machinery, but they fixed the issue with moving us to a new room the next day all was good after that. the staff everywhere on the property were beyond courteous and helpful .thanks Steve & lynn petrowski USA
