Meget slidte værelser, under standart som hotellet er 3 stjernet. vi havde booket 3 værelser, alle lugtede fra fugtige plast badekabiner, meget slidt inventar på værelserne, beskidte gardiner og bulet gulvbelægning på hele gulvet. Dyrt værelse i forhold til hvad man får. Vi kan sammenligne med York og London hvor vi også overnattede. Personale meget flinke og service mindet og fint morgenbuffet til prisen. Rigtig central beliggenhed i byen

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the Royal mile (in the middle). Very clean.

Seems that all the rooms are small cookie-cutter replicas with washroom "pods" that include sink, toilet and shower all crammed in. The room was light and airy and had a nice counter under the window to make up for lack of space. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You pay a lot to stay on the Royal Mile in a small room so enjoy getting out and about!

Room was simple but had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in early and looked after our luggage before a later flight. Really great service.

The property has excellent location. Room was small and did not have space for suitcases but was very clean with basic amenities, including a kettle, hairdryer and bathroom supplies. The property offers free luggage storage after check-out. There is a restaurant/bar on the premises, but we have not perused it. Most staff were friendly and helpful. In general, good for brief stays with limited luggage. Located in the heart of touristic Ediburgh a couple of minutes away from the Royal Mile. Plenty of dining, shopping and sightseeing options nearby.

Very clean and absolutely the best staff. Rooms are huge the buffet that is offered for breakfast is worth the money. Very close to the Royal Mile making Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood an easy walk. It is a 9 minute walk to the Waverly Bridge Airlink stop. Making it easy to get to and from the airport.

The first impression, walking into the rather small, yet bustling lobby can be underwhelming; however the reception staff were extremely courteous, professional and patient, welcoming us with a friendly greeting and a smile, while also patiently responding to any questions the guests might have. Our room, on the sixth floor (which is actually only two floors above the ground level due to the anomalies of having the entrance on a street which is also a bridge) was pleasant, clean and quiet, with huge windows overlooking the street and brightening the room immensely. While there was no safe or refrigerator in the room, the reception staff offered the use of a refrigerator to keep any medications cool. The hotel is in an area filled with cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions, less than a five minute walk to the Royal Mile, and less than a 15 minute walk to the airport busses. We very much enjoyed our stay there.
