The staff did a great job keeping the food stations refilled. It made mornings really convenient and enjoyable. Also, the bed comfort was a great.– clean, and very cozy. It made for a restful sleep every night, which really added to the overall experience. Between the great breakfast and the comfortable bed, I couldn’t have asked for a better start and end to my days. Highly recommended!

Die Lage ist perfekt für die Stadt geeignet. Sehr gut mit dem Bus oder der Bahn zu erreichen. Trotz zentraler Lage sind die Zimmer ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

We have stayed here for many years and never had any bother we booked executive room we had drinks and chocolate comfy bed room was warm so put air conditioning therewas a smell coming from it. In the bathroom cracks across the tiles shower curtain was filthy and stained the shower head was dirty and had mould on it the walls beside shower was dirty and mould on it. Also roof in the bedroom had a big crack across the room. Could not sleep well as bright lights from the motor way . Breakfast was ok dont think we will stay here again hotel needs refurb and painted

Attached to Union Square Mall, bus station, and train station. Convenient to downtown and many sights.

Let's start with the good. The location was good as was the condition of the hotel. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was good as well. The not so good. The front desk is nonexistent if you have any issues and try and call down. This happened multiple times during are stay so it wasn't a once and done thing. So, you get dressed and head down to the front desk and the lobby is empty. Both times oh we were just busy. Thats interesting as I had my wife call down as I walked down here at the same time. Amazing, I just missed the crowd apparently. They weren't on the phone either. The AC issues. It kept shutting off. I was told once it gets to temp it shuts off but comes back on to keep it there. NO, no it doesn't. I have a background in AC so please. It stays off until you manually turn it back on. This also means it shuts off in the middle of the night, so you wake up hot and have to turn it back on. We were with friends, so we had 3 rooms. All the same thing. We sat around one night and were talking and I'm like its warm in here. The AC shut off. I'd never stay here again, ever. I got some run around about how they have to conserve on energy costs. I said I didn't book a room with AC and pay good money to help you conserve on energy costs. OMG really. If you like it hot and no AC this is the place for you otherwise spend your money somewhere else. I'm aware a lot of hotels in Europe don't have AC but when you book one specifically for it, I expect AC.

Stayed in a few Leonardo hotels but this was easily the worst one yet. Main issue is that I booked it through Expedia but when I added on breakfast through Leonardo directly they’ve charged me again for the room. I understand that can happen but hotel staff couldn’t care less and told me initially that I’d have to go back to Expedia. Eventually hotel manager said she’d sort a refund but still waiting. Hotel itself is pretty basic. It’s all a bit dated, could do with a makeover, and a good clean. Breakfast was very average, bacon was undercooked, sausages were poor, eggs were worst I’ve ever had, no black pudding at all, tomatoes were best part of hot food. Had dinner one night too, just average, would have been better going out somewhere. Good thing about this hotel is location, inside train station complex & shopping centre, and a few minutes walk from town centre, and not to far to harbour & beach

Leonardo levde opp til forventningene. Bra å stort rom,stor seng og stort bad. Kjempebra utgangspunkt for å utforske Aberdeen eller å reise ut til andre plasser siden både bussterminalen og togstasjonen ligger rett utenfor.Frokoststen var ok.

Bon séjour , hôtel très facile d’accès. Nombreux choix de restaurants à proximité. Accueil rapide et efficace. Bonnes prestations.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, bed v comfortable and breakfast excellent.

Was very average. The room was tired. The bathroom was in poor condition. The service at breakfast was terrible. The coffee machines kept going off and not getting filled up! Big queues . No food left at the buffet and took ages to be replaced . Dirty plates etc were not being cleared away. We had to put them on to another table.

Fint opphold i Aberdeen. Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum. Kjekt at det er inngang direkte til kjøpesenteret. Frukost er standard engelsk.

Very convenient. Great service. Great location if you do not have a car. Nice breakfast. But a bit run down.

Hotel was very convenient for us and we’ve used it quite a few times before. The room, bar and breakfast were all of the usual standard however the view from the room we were allocated had probably the worst view we’ve ever had from a hotel anywhere. All we could see was ventilation systems etc so if you ever get room 109 ask for a change or keep the curtains closed.

Hotel wasn’t what I expected. I will rate is as a lower 3 stars. The beds weren’t as comfy and the amenities of the room and hotel aren’t really that up to date. And it wasn’t value for me. There are better 4 star hotels around that adding 10-15% more can get you.

Good hotel to stay at in Aberdeen, helpful and friendly staff, usually stay here overnight for traveling on to Shetland, not to far to walk to the Northlink Ferry terminal so very convenient, recommend hotel.
