Fab stay.

A change from our usual accommodation. Very casual. Room clean, good shower, helpful lighting during night. Comfy bed and pillows.tea making difficult due to lack of a surface and electric point. The major downside is the menu for dinner, and minimal choice at buffet breakfast.

Highly recommend, cannot fault! Great friendly service, great layout, well contained has everything you need, beds are comfy, great shower, bedrooms are quiet and very clean, aircon worked, whole Hotel is clean and well presented/maintained, great location for getting around Glasgow and events, cooked breakfast was lovely, well stocked bar. Very happy customer.

Room was small, but had everything needed. Couldn’t open window, and It was warm, so would have liked to have been able to open window. Lovely friendly staff and lovely reception area. Enjoyed the fuse ball and the pool table. Great central location

2nd overnight stay at the Moxy for a gig at the hydro and have already booked another one for December, love it here, very friendly ‘crew’ quirky, stylish lobby/bar area, comfortable bed, clean rooms and competitive price, fantastic choice for breakfast too!!! definitely worth giving a go 👌👌👌

Not your usual corporate hotel, it seems to be aimed at the younger market, of which I'm definitely not. Rather than a 'normal' reception area and desk you check in at the bar area which is a large space featuring a pool table, a games console which didn’t seem to be working and a number of different spaces with comfortable chairs and tables. The hotel blurb suggests you'll get a welcome drink upon check in, neither mysef nor my colleague were offered anything other than our room keys. The room was okay, Premier Inn standard I'd suggest, though smaller with a correspondingly smaller bathroom. A big gripe for me is that the rooms are set to a specific temperature which you can't control to your personal preference despite there being air-con controls in the room. The hotel has a policy of 'If you're too hot/cold open the window' which is a ridiculous notion for a city centre hotel, the traffic noise barely stopped alll night and definitely reduced the amount of sleep I got. I checked at reception who confirmed the hotel and room temperatures are set to either warm or cold by management and that's that. This negatively affected the score I've given the hotel. Breakfast was okay, a reasonable choice of warm/cold food on a help yourself buffet style. Frosties were an option though which earns any hotel bonus points. The hotel is in a great location for The OVO Arena and SEC Armadillo and easily reached from Queen Street and Glasgow Central Stations.

Attended a concert at OVO Hydro and this hotel was perfect for 1 night near the venue.

Nice hotel, very close to the SECC and the nearest train station - superb location and good amenities. Bar was open late, which was really handy after the concert had finished. Good amenities in the hotel and bed was very comfy - loved the motion-sensor lights under the bed! Would definitely stay again

The proximity to SEC Glasgow and the train station. However, I didn’t like the fact that they do not provide complimentary bottled water and the room I was allocated was quite a long walk from the lifts.

Wasn’t a fan of the pillows, but everything else was brilliant. Loved my stay here. Thanks!
