FUKAS Apartments Nitra

Almost everything in the apartment was old and worn out or broken. About 50% of the light fixtures/lamps are either broken, missing parts or missing bulbs. I had to go out and buy a frying pan to cook. There were only two tiny, cheap stained saucepans. There must be a pigeon infestation because pigeon noises kept me up both nights. The neighbors child took care of any time that the pigeons were quiet! I do not want to hear screaming children at 6 am on Sunday. The apartment is on the third floor (for Americans), 2nd (for Europeans) with no elevator. This should be noted in the listing. There were no supplies to speak of. There was one partial roll of toilet paper, a washing machine with no detergent, no garbage bag. I kept finding loose baseboards as they were not attached to the wall when the floor was replaced. The floor is the only new thing in the entire apartment. The internet works well. The stove is gas and I had to buy a lighter. The flint provided to light the stove was worn out and did not work. The electric kettle was disgusting. Old food items were left in the refrigerator and in the cabinets. Some of it was rotten. The young woman who checked me in was surly and seemed to want to get away as quickly as possible. She spoke English but was no interested in having a conversation at all. This is possibly the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life.

Pekná priestorna izba, čisto. Doporučujem si zobrať kontakt na pani, ktorá miesta prenajíma. Už sme boli v koncoch, keď nám na poslednú chvíľu pomohli susedia. Inak nemám čo vytknúť

I was there with my family, and for the three of us it was perfect. Very spacious, very well equiped kitchen, very clean white linien and towels (and I am oversensitive about this), the location was perfect (not far from the city centre and yet very quiet) very nice service, and a very good price. If you tried hard you could see dirt in some places, and the apartment could use some renovation, but this is just me being niggling. In general, we would not change it for a hotel, and if we are in Nitra again, we would choose it again.

Három csillagos szállodának felel meg. Mini wellness , 3 féle vacsora, 11- kor elhagyandö szoba -nem a vendégért, hanem a profitért dolgoznak.

Miesto pre ľudí, ktorí majú radi súkromie a svoj pokoj. Je to len kúsok od centra mesta, orientácia veľmi jednoduchá, parkovanie priamo vo dvore. Pani, ktorá nám byt odovzdávala, je milá a "normálna". My sme tam boli len jednu noc, ale môžeme oceniť bezproblémový prístup a celkovo - jednanie, polohu i samotný byt. Čistý, pohodlný, priestranný - boli sme veľmi milo prekvapení. Jediné, čo by som vytkla - v byte je na náš vkus chladno. Inak určite odporúčam.
