Gute Lage für Bars und Restaurants

Ligger lidt i yderkanten af byen, men der er dejligt fredeligt. Dog klods op ad stadion, men der var ingen kamp eller andet event, mens vi var der. Dyr brunch på hotellet (17 euro) som sagtens kan gøres billigere ved de mange brunchsteder i byen) Den gamle bydel ligger ca. 30-35 min gang derfra. Guggenheim ca.15 min gang. Sengen var meget hård, men fik lagt en lille ekstra top rullemadras på, da jeg efterspurgte det. Personalet var søde og imødekomne, rengøring var fin.

Nice location next to the football stadium. Checking in wasn’t great, arrived at 4pm room wasn’t available until 5pm even though check in was supposed to be from 3pm. Got sorted in the end but checking in staff made us feel like an inconvenience. Parking is really easy lots of spaces. Rooms a little dated but very clean

Ya había estado anteriormente y me gusta porque quedan todas las cosas muy accesibles. Además es un lugar tranquilo y eso se agradece, aunque con el fútbol tienes sus ratos de buen espectáculo y si encima es uno seguidor del Atlhetic pues resulta una experiencia única.

Apesar de ter havido um problema quando reservei pelo site. Já havia pago a estadia e o hotel reteu os dados e não emitiu recibo. Tive que pagar na acomodação , o que nunca é a minha escolha.Mas a estadia foi agradável. O hotel foi escolhido pela localização.

El hotel se ve que ya tiene sus años, la ubicación si vas al estadio está enfrente del mismo, pero lejos del centro nosotros porque llevábamos coche alquilado, ventaja el estacionar es gratuito, desayuno bueno con lo necesario para arrancar el día,

Lovely stay and great location next the stadium. We did the tour which was great value for money. Easy access to the tram with stops to all the main attractions. Good breakfast. Local neighbourhood had a good selection of reasonably priced restaurants. Room was large and comfortable for a family of four.

Sin aire acondicionado en alerta por ola de calor. 43 grados y 80% humedad. Nos quedamos 2 días y la única solución fue darnos un ventilador

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good for the stadium, and only a 20 walk to the centre of town. Easy access to tram system. The room was quite tired, and needed thorough cleaning around bathroom tiles and edges. Door handles were grubby. Most troublesome was the ineffective air conditioning, which even at full blast (with quite loud fans) was not effective in mid summer. The room was too warm most of the duration of our stay.

As a football fan, this was the perfect place to stay. Right outside of the San James and only a 15 minute walk from the Guggenheim museum. Staff were friendly and informative. And parking lot had space for our car.

En famille. Séjour très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien.

Nice hotel and good value. Not in the most interesting areas but we only needed a stopover and for that it was great.

Una estancia complicada. En general todos son muy amables y, como siempre, hay excepciones. Llegamos 5 días antes de nuestra estancia de 10 días en este hotel, esperando que nos permitieran dejar las maletas grandes para ir a Santander y volver. El empleado de la recepción (un hombre alto joven) nos negó este servicio y nos dijo que en la estación intermodal había lockers para consigna, muy desagradable. Los desayunos tienen un costo de 17 €, pero en nuestra opinión no hacen que lo valga. Eñ el último día no pudimos desayunar porque Metro vuelo salía muy temprano, nos dieron un box lunch con una fruta, un jugo para niños, una barra de granola y un sándwich con una rebasa de jamón y una de queso, ¿por 17€?. El hotel necesita mantenimiento, por ejemplo no en todas las habitaciones sirve el aire acondicionado y, si sirve, no enfría suficiente. Lo que más vale la pena es su ubicación, pero si realmente necesitas hospedarte en esta zona te recomiendo muchísimo más Ilunion San Mamés, que cuesta lo mismo, es relativamente nuevo y el servicio es superior. Salvo ese hombre que nos atendió el primer día, es justo decir que todos fueron muy amables y con disposición de ayudar.

El hotel muy bien en general pero no nos dieron la habitación reservada.

Vi havde et godt ophold. Dejlig morgenmad. Super beliggenhed i forhold til bus forbindelse til lufthavn.

Lägger perfekt i Bilbao men ändå inte mitt i stan. Skall man vidare i Spanien med buss så är stationen nära.

Too expensive for what it is, small rooms with views to either the parking lot or the huge stadium facade (which is less than 100 ft away from the hotel), pictures from the hotel showing a terrace with a river view gives a deceiving perspective as the hotel is actually quite far from the river.

Dated rooms, customer service average ( asked to refill water and told me to go toilet )/ not kind of answer you want on a 4 star hotel

Wir kamen bereits um die Mittagszeit ins Hotel und bekamen trotzdem unsere Zimmer bereitgestellt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Unser Zimmer ging in Richtung Stadion, wo am Samstag tagsüber eine Veranstaltung war- somit etwas Lärm. Schlimmer war die Situation mitten in der Nacht, als die Gäste einer Hochzeitsfeier im Hotel vor dem Eingang über längere Zeit rumgrölten. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten!
