Nice apt, everything worked as supposed to, apparent cosmetic damage of the bottom of doors. Noisy neighbors coming in late, but nice quiet neighborhood. Could use a few more cups and glasses, but what was there was fine. Would stay again.

Khách phải liên lạc trước với nơi lưu trú để nhận hướng dẫn nhận phòng. Nhân viên tiếp tân sẽ đón tiếp khi khách đến nơi lưu trú. Nếu có câu hỏi nào, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú theo thông tin có trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Thông tin do nơi lưu trú cung cấp có thể được dịch bằng công cụ dịch tự động. Nhận phòng tại văn phòng nằm ở C/ Pau Claris 145, Barcelona, 08009. Nơi lưu trú này nằm trong Khu vực phát thải thấp của thành phố; chỉ chấp nhận xe phát thải thấp. Khách có biển số xe không phải của Tây Ban Nha phải đăng ký xe với thành phố trước.

Llegamos a las 10.00 de la noche y nos hicieron desplazarnos al otro lado de Barcelona, para pedirnos una fianza de 300.-€ y un cargo de 74,88 para darnos las llaves, más dos taxis para los desplazamientos, un robo que no figura por ningún sitio, aparte de no darnos factura por los 74,88 € cobrados. El olor en el apartamento muy malo, las sabanas y las toallas viejas y ajadas. El baño lleno de moho negro y sin luz en la zona del espejo, las puertas rotas en las zonas de las manilla y la puerta de la calle si no cierras con llave se abre sola. Un desastre, el paquistani que nos atendió solo hablaba ingles y no se disculpo en ningún momento.

Noe vanskelig å finne nøkkel utleveringssted og langt derfra til leilighet. Rent og fint - veldig bra. manglet røykvarslere, brannslukkingsapparat og info om rømningsveier. vi opplevde også nattebråk; berusede folk som ville inn uten nøkkel ( bodde i bygget) og som ringte på flere ganger ila natten. Også andre personer som bråket i trapper etc

Alors pour récupérer les clef la recepttion est a 20minute en voiture.. 300e de caution en liquide .. exigée.. plus 64e de frais de nettoyage pour arriver dans un appart degeu micro ondes et machine à laver à l'odeur moisi.. des placards et sols sales .. très peu de vaisselle.. peu de couverture le chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas... vraiment je suis très dégoûté

Atenção antes reservar, pois o check in deve ser feito em outro endereço a 15min de carro do local do apartamento. Dica: levem repelente no verão.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement un scandale ! Dans un premier temps vous devez récupérer vos clef de l’autre côté de la ville, la réception est marqué ouverte jusqu’à 1h, mais la réceptionniste vous dit que après 22:30 des coût supplémentaire seront à payer.... De plus, si vous payer votre caution en espèce vous ne pourrez la récupérer que 1 semaine plus tard par virement, ou sinon la réceptionniste vous dit qu’il faut quittez l’appartement à 5h du matin et que quelqu’un nous les apportera, nous nous préparons donc pour partir à 5h et surprise personne ne vient, nous appelons à plusieurs reprise le numéro 24/24 qui ne répondra jamais, nous avons donc perdu nos billet de retour en train ... N’oublions pas non plus les frais caché, vous buvez un café ? Vous devez payer la boîte entière à 10e. Vous utilisez une serviette ? 3euros la grande et 2 euros la petite. Et vous souhaitez dormir dans des draps ? 3euros également en plus des 40 euros payer pour le ménage... D’ailleurs un ménage à 40 euros, mais vous aurez le droit à des tache sur vos draps, des mouche morte au sol, des ustensiles rouillé, l’appartement été dans un état pendable à notre arrivé en plus des toilette bouché... J’en fais également part à “Vicky” la réceptionniste qui me répond que je veux juste récupérer mon argent... Non madame je voulais juste que quelqu’un vienne déboucher les toilettes et m’apporter des draps propre mais votre numéro ne répondez pas. Bref un scandale... n’aurez préférez dormir dans la voiture

Das Appartement liegt sehr schön und ruhig, einige Cafés und Bars in naher Umgebung, z.B. "Café Mensana" oder "All you eat is love" mit super frischen und leckeren Speisen und Getränken. In ca. 12 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am schönen Strand "Platja de Barceloneta" und Hafen, wo es einige coole Bars und Restaurant gibt, in denen man den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang anschauen kann. Dort gibt es auch die empfohlenen Clubs "Opium" und "Shoko", in denen man sehr gut tanzen gehen kann. Das Appartment hat einen Balkon und ist zum Innenhof im 5. Stock gelegen. Für 4 Personen ist es ideal, mit 6 Personen müssen 2 auf der Schlafcouch schlafen, was nicht ganz so bequem ist wie die Betten. Ansonsten aber alles was man braucht, nur die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es gibt einen Aufzug und ein Treppenhaus und vom Zentrum in Barcelona "Passeig de Grácia" kostet das Taxi (in Barcelona sehr günstig) ca. 11€.

Apartment had comfortable space for 3, but the AC wasn't working properly. Hot, and difficult to get in touch to get it working. Air flow through apartment not great so it wasn't a comfortable temperature. Key pickup is very frustrating and difficult if driving in Barcelona. Not much around local area, but local restaurant/cafe about 2 blocks towards zoo/university was fantastic for lunch or breakfast. Relatively close to Barceloneta, beaches and boardwalk - very close to zoo. Bus stop close by.

Lovely and spacious with lots of natural light. Clean and tidy rooms with towels provided. The balcony was idea for meals in the evening. Walking distance away from the beach and metro station. A few minor snags with electrical sockets and switches but on the whole a lovely stay - would recommend.

De plus, si vous payer votre caution en espèce vous ne pourrez la récupérer que 1 semaine plus tard par virement, ou sinon la réceptionniste vous dit qu’il faut quittez l’appartement à 5h du matin et que quelqu’un nous les apportera, nous nous préparons donc pour partir à 5h et surprise personne ne vient, nous appelons à plusieurs reprise le numéro 24/24 qui ne répondra jamais, nous avons donc perdu nos billet de retour en train ... N’oublions pas non plus les frais caché, vous buvez un café ? Vous devez payer la boîte entière à 10e. Vous utilisez une serviette ? 3euros la grande et 2 euros la petite. Et vous souhaitez dormir dans des draps ? 3euros également en plus des 40 euros payer pour le ménage... D’ailleurs un ménage à 40 euros, mais vous aurez le droit à des tache sur vos draps, des mouche morte au sol, des ustensiles rouillé, l’appartement été dans un état pendable à notre arrivé en plus des toilette bouché... J’en fais également part à “Vicky” la réceptionniste qui me répond que je veux juste récupérer mon argent... Non madame je voulais juste que quelqu’un vienne déboucher les toilettes et m’apporter des draps propre mais votre numéro ne répondez pas. Bref un scandale... n’aurez préférez dormir dans la voiture

Das Appartement liegt sehr schön und ruhig, einige Cafés und Bars in naher Umgebung, z.B. "Café Mensana" oder "All you eat is love" mit super frischen und leckeren Speisen und Getränken. In ca. 12 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am schönen Strand "Platja de Barceloneta" und Hafen, wo es einige coole Bars und Restaurant gibt, in denen man den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang anschauen kann. Dort gibt es auch die empfohlenen Clubs "Opium" und "Shoko", in denen man sehr gut tanzen gehen kann. Das Appartment hat einen Balkon und ist zum Innenhof im 5. Stock gelegen. Für 4 Personen ist es ideal, mit 6 Personen müssen 2 auf der Schlafcouch schlafen, was nicht ganz so bequem ist wie die Betten. Ansonsten aber alles was man braucht, nur die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es gibt einen Aufzug und ein Treppenhaus und vom Zentrum in Barcelona "Passeig de Grácia" kostet das Taxi (in Barcelona sehr günstig) ca. 11€.

Apartment had comfortable space for 3, but the AC wasn't working properly. Hot, and difficult to get in touch to get it working. Air flow through apartment not great so it wasn't a comfortable temperature. Key pickup is very frustrating and difficult if driving in Barcelona. Not much around local area, but local restaurant/cafe about 2 blocks towards zoo/university was fantastic for lunch or breakfast. Relatively close to Barceloneta, beaches and boardwalk - very close to zoo. Bus stop close by.

Lovely and spacious with lots of natural light. Clean and tidy rooms with towels provided. The balcony was idea for meals in the evening. Walking distance away from the beach and metro station. A few minor snags with electrical sockets and switches but on the whole a lovely stay - would recommend.
