Chambre bien agencée, spacieuse,fonctionnelle avec télé connectée, une climatisation et un petit frigo à disposition.Toutes les chambres ont un balcon vue piscine ou ville c’est super! L’hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville de Salou tout près de la plage du Levant et de toutes les commodités ainsi que des parcs d’attractions Port Aventura et Ferrari Land.Autre point positif très appréciable si vous venez en voiture, les places de parking marquées en blanc sont gratuites autour de l’hôtel. Cet Hôtel propose trois formules petit déjeuner, demi-pension ou pension complète à un prix très intéressant et une option de restauration très correcte. Le buffet est complet et varié il ne manque de rien tout au long du service qui est lui aussi très agréable. L’équipe du service de restauration est très sympathique, petit clin d’œil à Rosa Maria, Nini et Pili hyper agréables,souriantes, avenantes sans oublier Ruben à l’accueil. Il en est de même pour l’équipe de ménage des chambres toujours efficaces. Enfin, en cette période de début de saison, nous tenons à remercier les animateurs Alec et Carles ..qui proposent quelques animations sympathiques. Par conséquent, nous conseillons vivement cet hôtel pour lequel, en ce qui nous concerne, cela faisait la deuxième fois que nous venions, et nous pensons bien revenir.

Lovely clean hotel, food was decent for buffer style. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area a little busy and cramped, not relaxing. We were in room 310 and the door wouldn't lock properly at times, additionally the hot water would go from hot to cold and then really hot again. The shower head kept falling down but someone fixed it. The tap in bathroom was too small for the sink and couldn't really wash hands properly. I think we may have been given the worst room in the hotel as we were two lads, often happens to men sadly thinking we won't mind. Good stay but probably stay somewhere else after this visit.

Globalement bel hôtel avec prestations 4 étoiles. Bon petit déjeuner ! Le service est nickel et l’hôtel est propre ! Pour le moins bien : - 2,30 € la bouteille d’eau du robinet de 75cl mais elle est fraîche. - concernant le repas du midi et du soir : peu de choix et souvent la même chose ( des frites/ des frites/ des pâtes et des pâtes). - 20€ / nuit / chien > du coup 140 € pour moi et même pas un coussin ou une gamelle pour le chien > rien n’a été donné malgré ma demande et celle d’hôtel.com. - entrée du SPA : 15€ pour 1h. Le sauna ne chauffe pas et dans la douche froide les buses sont bouchées, du coup le jet est uniquement au niveau des pieds. RAS pour la piscine chauffée et le hammam. Concernant mon séjour ma plus grande déception concerne le supplément pour mon chien sans aucune prestation en face. J’ai déjà fait plusieurs hôtels avec supplément pour animal ( généralement 10€/ par nuit), j’ai toujours eu 2 gamelles et un coussin dans la chambre pour le chien. A l’hôtel eurosalou > rien Pour le reste les tarifs sont affichés ( eau fraîche et SPA ) donc pas d’obligation si on ne veut pas payer car c’est quand meme abusé.

Hotel bien situé à 10min à pied de la plage. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Literie très confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit dejeuner est sous forme de buffet assez varié. Le seul bémol a été la demi pension, le repas du soir n'est pas terrible je déconseille.

Le personnel aimable et serviable. L’hôtel beneficie d’une bonne situation geographique et est desservi par la compagnie "Bus plana". L’espace detente (SPA, sauna, Hammam.et piscine) fut un reel plaisir. Un vrai moment de deconnection. Je recommande fortement !

La puerta de la habitación con 3 dedos de espacio en la parte de abajo, tuvimos que poner la cobertura de la cama para que no entre aire, que no se vea la luz e intentar amortiguar un poco el ruido del pasillo, aunque eso era imposible, se escuchaba todo. Nada de insonorización. Las 4 estrellas no se las mereció ni cuando era nuevo para estrenar. Las camas horrorosas, aunque sean dos camas, nunca se separan de esa manera si la cama es de calidad, no es el caso, bailan simplemente por la habitación, colchón, almohada ni mencionar. Aparte de los productos de higiene, no puedo mencionar nada positivo. Eso no se puede decir que es un 4 estrellas. Servicio de Spa y gimnasio tienes que pagar aparte para utilizarlos. Comida, regular. Para el hotel lleno solo dos dispensadores de bebidas y cafe, haciendo cola para todo, una locura.

La insonorizacion con el pasillo y la habitacion de arriba era inexistente, se escuchaba todo El grifo del lavado es pequen̈o y no te puedes lavar ni las manos El agua de la ducha salia hirviendo y de golpe fria No había vaso en el lavabo para enjuagarte No se, son pequeñas cosas pero que te hacen no estar agusto No volveria

Globalement bel hôtel avec prestations 4 étoiles. Bon petit déjeuner ! Le service est nickel et l’hôtel est propre ! Pour le moins bien : - 2,30 € la bouteille d’eau du robinet de 75cl mais elle est fraîche. - concernant le repas du midi et du soir : peu de choix et souvent la même chose ( des frites/ des frites/ des pâtes et des pâtes). - 20€ / nuit / chien > du coup 140 € pour moi et même pas un coussin ou une gamelle pour le chien > rien n’a été donné malgré ma demande et celle d’hôtel.com. - entrée du SPA : 15€ pour 1h. Le sauna ne chauffe pas et dans la douche froide les buses sont bouchées, du coup le jet est uniquement au niveau des pieds. RAS pour la piscine chauffée et le hammam. Concernant mon séjour ma plus grande déception concerne le supplément pour mon chien sans aucune prestation en face. J’ai déjà fait plusieurs hôtels avec supplément pour animal ( généralement 10€/ par nuit), j’ai toujours eu 2 gamelles et un coussin dans la chambre pour le chien. A l’hôtel eurosalou > rien Pour le reste les tarifs sont affichés ( eau fraîche et SPA ) donc pas d’obligation si on ne veut pas payer car c’est quand meme abusé.

Hotel bien situé à 10min à pied de la plage. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Literie très confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit dejeuner est sous forme de buffet assez varié. Le seul bémol a été la demi pension, le repas du soir n'est pas terrible je déconseille.

Chambre bien agencée, spacieuse,fonctionnelle avec télé connectée, une climatisation et un petit frigo à disposition.Toutes les chambres ont un balcon vue piscine ou ville c’est super! L’hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville de Salou tout près de la plage du Levant et de toutes les commodités ainsi que des parcs d’attractions Port Aventura et Ferrari Land.Autre point positif très appréciable si vous venez en voiture, les places de parking marquées en blanc sont gratuites autour de l’hôtel. Cet Hôtel propose trois formules petit déjeuner, demi-pension ou pension complète à un prix très intéressant et une option de restauration très correcte. Le buffet est complet et varié il ne manque de rien tout au long du service qui est lui aussi très agréable. L’équipe du service de restauration est très sympathique, petit clin d’œil à Rosa Maria, Nini et Pili hyper agréables,souriantes, avenantes sans oublier Ruben à l’accueil. Il en est de même pour l’équipe de ménage des chambres toujours efficaces. Enfin, en cette période de début de saison, nous tenons à remercier les animateurs Alec et Carles ..qui proposent quelques animations sympathiques. Par conséquent, nous conseillons vivement cet hôtel pour lequel, en ce qui nous concerne, cela faisait la deuxième fois que nous venions, et nous pensons bien revenir.

Le personnel aimable et serviable. L’hôtel beneficie d’une bonne situation geographique et est desservi par la compagnie "Bus plana". L’espace detente (SPA, sauna, Hammam.et piscine) fut un reel plaisir. Un vrai moment de deconnection. Je recommande fortement !

La puerta de la habitación con 3 dedos de espacio en la parte de abajo, tuvimos que poner la cobertura de la cama para que no entre aire, que no se vea la luz e intentar amortiguar un poco el ruido del pasillo, aunque eso era imposible, se escuchaba todo. Nada de insonorización. Las 4 estrellas no se las mereció ni cuando era nuevo para estrenar. Las camas horrorosas, aunque sean dos camas, nunca se separan de esa manera si la cama es de calidad, no es el caso, bailan simplemente por la habitación, colchón, almohada ni mencionar. Aparte de los productos de higiene, no puedo mencionar nada positivo. Eso no se puede decir que es un 4 estrellas. Servicio de Spa y gimnasio tienes que pagar aparte para utilizarlos. Comida, regular. Para el hotel lleno solo dos dispensadores de bebidas y cafe, haciendo cola para todo, una locura.

Small room but clean and comfortable…..very good breakfast…..best we had our whole trip…..only issues was site description said “ steps to white sand beach” and it was at least least half a mile away and absolutely no parking
