Studio spacieux, personnel très agréable, bien situé

위치는 훌륭하나 그것 외에는 별세개에 걸맞는 호텔은 솔찍히 아닙니다 안타깝네요 비지니스는 어느정도 하겠지만 다시 찾고싶지는 않네요

Great value for under 90 euros per day. Nice bathroom, balcony, bed and ok kitchen. Nice and helpful reception. Very close to the central bus station and Hiper Dino with fishmonger, butcher and cheese shop.

Pâtisseries très ordinaires, café médiocre, machine à jus très sucré, pain carré b’snc et brun seulement, oeufs froid et aucun fruit frais tranchés. Seulement quelque banane et poires avec la pelure. Mauvaise odeurs assez forte dans le passage pour se rendre a notre chambre. De plus, je suis très sensible a la fumé de cigarette et avec la proximité des balcons le Fumé des voisins pénetraient dans notre chambre. Oui, tu peux utiliser le climatiseur mais il tombe directement sur ta tête.

It was my first time experiencing service like this. First of all, if you have “all inclusive,” be prepared to ask for drinks during meals. We waited, but no one came to our table — we were simply ignored. Second, the food was exactly the same every single day. After 9 days, we were just dreaming of normal food at home. Third, the cleaning service. We hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign, but they ignored it and came in to clean every day anyway. This is unpleasant and feels like a violation of personal space. Another big issue is the attitude of some staff. A young waiter, after learning we were staying with an all-inclusive package, simply stopped noticing us — it felt like we were treated as second-class guests. The way they treat guests who speak Spanish is very different from how they treat those who speak English. Of course, there are exceptions — one bartender, a waiter, and a chef were truly amazing: friendly, attentive, always smiling. But the rest either ignored us or looked unhappy to be there. This really spoiled the overall impression of the hotel and the vacation we had been waiting for all year. A particularly unpleasant moment was on my birthday. The day before, another guest was congratulated with a cake and candles, but on my birthday the hotel did absolutely nothing. It may seem small, but it left a bad feeling. Precio calidad aceptable. Necesita una buena reforma

Zimmer waren sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Essen war leider schrecklich, teilweise war das Essen schon kalt. Bei All Inklusive ist nur eine begrenzte Auswahl an Cocktails inbegriffen. Cocktails werden mit Fanta gemixt anstatt mit Saft, was denn Geschmack sehr beeinträchtigt. Zahlende Gäste wurden bevorzugt und All inklusive-Gäste mussten lange auf ihre Getränke warten oder lange warten bis sie überhaupt bedient wurden.

The hotel DOES NOT have a parking lot and it is extremely hard to park around. I drove for one hour trying to find a spot. Good thing it was just for one night so I was able to made it work somewhere else, but still I lost my money.

Hotel muy céntrico con todos los elementos básicos necesarios para una estancia agradable. Me soprendieron gratamente con un parque cuna que nos tenían preparado para el bebé y una cama adicional para la mayor. La estancia limpia, bien distribuida, ventilada y cómoda. El desayuno buffet podría mejorar en cuanto a variedad, pero sólo fuimos un día, quizás en otras ocasiones sea mejor. No nos resultó tan complicado encontrar aparcamiento en las inmediaciones a pesar de movernos en el coche varias veces durante el día.

Parannettavaa: vessojen ahtaus - ovi ei mahdu aukeamaan, urheiluareenan päivittäinen meteli toisen sivustan huoneisiin, hisseille meno aulasta ei ollut esteetön, sali, jossa hyvää musiikkia soitettiin iltaisin on vähän pelkistetyn ankea, ehkä siksi ei kerää väkeä.

Pro - sehr guter Service - Rezeption sowie das gesamte Personal ist immer sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich - bei meiner späten Anreise habe ich noch ein kleines Abendessen mit Sandwiches, Joghurt, Banane,Apfel und Wasser bekommen, das fand ich sehr nett - die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral gelegen, gleich um die Ecke befindet sich der Busbahnhof sowie ein Supermarkt und alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen Kontra - das Zimmer (Studio mit Balkon) ist in die Jahre gekommen, mit Weitblick konnte man das Meer sehen, ansonsten fiel der Blick auf den Innenhof bzw. auf das gegenüberliegende Gebäude = eine Turnhalle, die fast täglich bis abends genutzt wird, leider mit einer respektablen Lautstärke - die Badewanne müsste erneuert werden, hat einige Schadstellen, die schon geflickt wurden - bei meiner Ankunft waren die 2 Handtücher bereits benutzt, wahrscheinlich wurden sie vergessen auszutauschen - der Kühlschrank ist von außen schmutzig/verklebt und das Gefrierfach total vereist - ich hatte Vollpension gebucht, was ich nie wieder machen würde, denn das Essen war für mich katastrophal: es wurde sehr auf die englischen Urlauber abgestellt, was gebratenen fetten Speck zum Frühstück beinhaltete, jede Menge Hülsenfrüchte morgens, mittags und abends, fette gebratene Würste, halbrohe Spiegeleier, Rührei aus Pulver angerührt, Gemüse bis zur Geschmacklosigkeit zerkocht und es gab jeden Tag das Gleiche - ab und an gab es Ragout, das war gut

Not too far from the city and i had a fantastic day at the animal park, definitely a big hit with kids. Only issue was that there was a bus strike at the time, which meant what i wanted to do in terms of excursions was limited.
