Haciendas IV

Fabulous time at this 2 bedroomed apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Panoramic views from the patio area with outdoor eating area and sunbeds. The apartment was clean and had fans in the bedrooms and living area which were very welcome. The washing machine was a great addition and meant we could pack light and just take 2 cabin bags for a family of 4. Local shops and restaurants all within walking distance. (Approx 1 mile to the Fañabe beach front). 1 mile walk to Siam Park. This complex of apartments was very quiet. There was no bar in the complex. 2 pools were close by that we could use. Often pools only had a few people using them. (A third pool was available over the road but there was no need to go over). There are a lot of steps to negotiate so just be aware of this that if you have mobility problems that this would not be suitable but for us with teenage children it was not a problem. The communication from the hotel was excellent. They what’s apped you the details of checkin and online check in meant we didn’t have to go to reception at all during our stay. Check in and out was simple by using be key code to gain access at the apartment via a key box. The reception staff were responsive to what’s app queries. We thought it really was a good place to stay. Prices in Tenerife currently felt cheaper than in the U.K. so it felt like good value at supermarkets and restaurants. Cheapest pint of beer €1.50 3 course meal €10.95 - quality varied

Good location, friendly and helpful staff! Cleaning of the apartment could have been done more regular (only once during a 7night stay). The pool was literally on our doorstep! About a 15min walk down to the beach. Plenty of shops and places to eat near by.

Når man lejer en lejlighed i et lejlighedskompleks, så kan lejlighedernes stand variere meget og det tror jeg også, at de gør her. Vi havde ihverfald set flotte billeder fra en lejlighed i en helt anden standard end den vi fik. Lejligheden var fint indrettet med en fantastisk terrasse. Men alt var nedslidt. Sovesofaen var så plettet og ulækker, at vi lagde et tæppe over. Badeværelset havde en frygtelig kloaklugt, som vi prøvede at dæmpe med et vådt håndklæde over kloakken. Der var en dør og et vindue, som ikke kunne lukkes, fordi det var gammelt og slidt. Der var borebiller i paneler i lejligheden - store huller i træet. Terrassens bed var fyldt op med ukrudt. I køkkenet var der en løs skinne i gulvet, som var direkte farlig. Denne lejlighed burde ikke lejes ud før den er blevet renoveret og gjort ordentlig ren i hjørnerne.

Bellissimo posto, personale accogliente. L'appartamento è spazioso con una vista splendida. Consigliato.

The property was spotless, and had everything I needed, the only thing I would say is it could do with freshening up as it was looking a bit tired in places I.e. the bathroom. Swimming pools could do with re painting too. The property is in a quiet location, perfect for a short break, quite hilly though and lots of steps, not much nearby you have to walk. Reception staff were really friendly though and it was really easy to get a taxi. Lovely sea views.

Great renting I would choose for villa with own pool as I'm coming back over near the end of year with family members but loved the renting experience and staff very welcoming

apartment was clean. needs a bit of TLC. Was not impressed with the maid service. Had to beg them after 5 days for clean towels and bedding and after 8 days beg to get the room clean. The pools could do with a spruce up IE flaky paint on bottom and scum floating on the top. Not enough sunbeds for people. Overall enjoyed our stay did not spoil our holiday of 11 days over xmas. Nice touch was a bottle of Cava for xmas day delivered by management.

We were on familytrip. Hotel was nice and in walking distance from shopping mall (Siam Mall) and from the city. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Location was good and the hotels staff was friendly and helpfull.

The only plus points were the location and size of the 2 bed apartment. The communication was poor as we landed in the evening after 9pm and when we arrived at the apartment there was no one at the reception. We called the emergency number and no one picked up so we had to stay at another hotel that night. Also the apartment was swarming with ants everywhere in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. This was due to the heat in the rooms and there was no air con and we were using portable cold blowers and this was not really proving effective because of the large size of the rooms. Also we had to call them to change over the towels and clean the room otherwise this would not have been done. Also the Wifi never worked and we spoke to reception and they said they were looking into it but this never got fixed. Overall poor communication, ants everywhere, WiFi not working and not good overall customer service.

Het uitzicht vanuit het balkon over de zee. We hadden late incheck kwamen om 01.00 aan. Er was geen duidelijke communicatie de nachtwaker wist niet waar de sleutel lag. Is uiteindelijk goed opgelost. Verder heerlijke vakantie gehad erg rustige omgeving.
