Great hotel for exploring Andalusia

Et helt fantastisk hotel, med god beliggenhed og lækre omgivelser til en god pris. Eneste ulempe er, at restauranten kun har buffet, men der ligger masser af restauranter i gåafstand fra hotellet

Déception absolue. Premièrement à l’arrivée: notre demande de grand lit n’a pas été honorée et aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Nous avons dû dormir 9 nuits dans 2 lits séparés avec un trou entre les deux matelas ! Ensuite, personne ne nous a prévenu à l’arrivée qu’un groupe de 200 personnes arrivait 2 jours après pendant 3 jours. Nous recherchions du calme pour notre séjour et nous avons du subir le bruit d’un groupe aux repas, dans les couloirs et à la piscine où ils envahissaient les transats et mettaient leur musique à fond pendant toute la journée ! Déception aussi du personnel car personne n’a le sourire dans cet hôtel à part Cristina dans la salle du buffet. C’est la seule qui soit professionnelle et avenante. Tous les autres membres ne sont pas aimables et surtout ne cherchent absolument pas à répondre aux demandes des clients! Même demander une sangria au bar est compliqué alors que nous sommes au pays de cette boisson !! Quel dommage pour un 4 étoiles ! Nous ne reviendrons pas et sommes mêmes partis une nuit plus tôt que prévu car nous étions vraiment déçus. L’hospitalité dans cet hôtel est à travailler fortement. Il semble que les critères d’accueil espagnols ne soient pas au niveau des nôtres en France.

Quartos do século passado, mau cheiro, pó por todo o lado, chão em carpete! Mini frigorífico mesmo mini e não refresca. Ficamos uma noite com meia pensão (jantar). Comida fria e de muito fraca qualidade. Sobremesas todas artificiais. Pequeno almoço sem um único sumo natural (tudo sumos aguados e cheios de açúcar). Café de máquina a saber mal. As 20h somos expulsos da piscina ( com o calor ainda se faz sentir aquela hora…) sendo que a piscina é boa e o espaço exterior também. O único positivo é a cama ser confortável e a casa de banho tb era bastante grande. Os funcionários também eram simpáticos !

Segundo año que volvemos. Fin de semana en pareja. Limpieza buena. Habitacion amplia. Hotel tranquilo para desconectar un poco del bullicio de la ciudad. Piscina buena. Zona buena para aparcar. Desayuno completo y variado. Las cenas quizas le falta un poquito mas de variedad pero tienes comidas para cenar bien.

It was very nice. Looked brand new. Rugs were the only thing I wasn’t sure. They looked ok but can never tell if they were weekly cleaned or lightly vacuumed.

Grand et bel établissement mais chambres vieillissantes. Moquette déchirée méritant un rajeunissement. Espace restauration ambiance froide. Dîner correct mais petit déjeuner copieux. Zone éloignée du centre. Piscine très appréciable

Great last night in Spain!

L’hôtel est très sympathique. La chambre était un peu ancienne mais propre.

Attractive hotel built around an outdoor swimming pool. Room spacious and well fitted. Rather a long walk to the centre of the town.

Fantástico, para repetir

Spacious entry and sitting area. We found the bar to be a nice comfortable area to relax after a day of walking around the town. It was only an eight minute walk to town, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Hotel bien situado y con buena relación calidad precio

Needs renovating. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very old , not seen a hairdryer like the one in the room I stayed in since the 70’s Got bitten all over by I assume bed bugs, now on antibiotics

The Antequera Hills fails to meet expectations, as presented. Large hotel with modern facade but lack personal service quality and overall appearance to meet up to its promises. It is actually quite worn. Check-in has room for improvement in most areas. You are a guest, not someone needing correctional actions. And where are luggage carts when needed? Outdated and unpersonal rooms with ”spare” furniture and outdated textiles. Tried a suite but not worth the extra cost. Would be nice to have a waist paper bin. And a shower cabin in a suite - really? The terrass had more weeds than our backyard. A quite basic, boring and school type bar and restaurant. Only buffe and opens at eight - good to know if you have another schedule. I give it to them being bold enough to charge 14 euros extra for breakfast. Not a memorable hotel experience for travelling couples but maybe a decent overnight stop for business or as a turist group. View from higher up is nice, easy to reach, good parking but surroundings rural. The hotel is dog friendly - it says. However, we fast learned that our dog does not fit the template. Another harsh and not so valuable lesson. Now we know - time to put her on a diet. The conclution is that four stars alone does not provide quality - nice experiences during the stay does. I would give two stars - and that is stretching it. Poor customer service not only destroys existing customer relationships. It also puts at risk future prospects. We look forward to
